It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and the coffee is great. The only caution I’d give someone looking at this is get the right size. The canister will loose pressure over time so if you don’t drink the coffee in a couple of days you’ll have to repressurize it to get the last bit out as nitro (or just drink it regular). If I had to go back in time and buy this again, I’d buy the smaller one for myself.

Update: threads to the charger stripped at just over a year. No way to communicate with seller.
The glass brew jar could have been a little larger, when you pull the grounds out there is less than 3 cups left.
N2 cartridges are not super cheap to find but overall is a bit cheaper than buying your N2 coffee at a brand store.
I use medium roast coffee’s ground one step finer than absolute coarse grind setting.
A 32oz maker size needs 2 N2 cartridges.
Makes a very good substitute for the brand store coffee.

First of all I would like to say that the instructions were terrible. What was provided was a QR code that took you to step by step video instructions. Unfortunately the instructions lacked audio and the instructor was blocking a lot of the view. Additionally the videos were very tiny so they were hard to see.
With that said let’s talk about the operation up the device. Because the video were hard to follow, I think that I did it right. It did take two canisters (due to lack of “nitro”) which the instructions said might happen. And once I primed it the liquid shot out like a rocket. I probably could have power washed my house with how strong it was (lol). This really surprised me since nothing was discussed in the instructions. Now it could have been the canisters fault or mine but it’s hard to know. I am really disappointed since I was really looking forward to it and it’s not exactly cheap. I might try again with different canisters, but I’m not sure.

We’ve had this product for less than a year and it leaks constantly and doesn’t hold the nitrogen gas. There’s been atleast 4 or 5 leaks that have caused a huge mess in the fridge. We’ve thoroughly cleaned it, put all the parts back together and still have the same issues. I tried contacting the manufacturer for support and troubleshooting but the website is a dead link and there’s no number to call. Super frustrating and a waste of money. Highly recommend buying a difffent brand – this one has just been a pain.

Well it’s a copy of the a much more costly Nito Coffee infuser, good quality. Poor or no support as being a cheaper knock off unit it a good product for over 50% less.
The major issues is the screw on N2 cartridge part as it’s very hard to grip and twist so you don’t loose some of the gas! I wished it had a tight rubber cover as that would make it so much easier to tighten while reducing the N2 Nitro gases.
The day I got it it does not come with instructions but a sheet to watch their videos, but really not really informative, for someone that wants to better understand.
Out of 10 points I would say it’s an 6-7 and and a 8-9 if the cartridge cap had a hard rubber grip.
