   Bought this coffee maker and absolutely love it!! Had it almost 2 months now (bought after researching many and reviewing this one, because my usual go to brand for years didn’t last a year this time!)
   I have never heard of this brand but don’t let that deter you because it is a nice coffee maker! It’s small and not bulky or oversized. It works great the coffee is so good in it and the stay on for 4 hours before it cuts off by itself feature I love because most coffeemakers only do 2 hours. I can’t find any drawbacks from it it works great keeps you coffee hot it’s a really high quality coffee maker for
   an affordable low price! So my impression/experience: Quality, size, price, appearance, function, all 5 stars!! Excellent!

   I do not have a good history with coffee brewers priced at under $100. So far, I have used this product every day for about a month, and it has worked admirably. I confess that I got more intense flavored coffee with the Mr. Coffee unit, but the power supply failed. The design difference I noted was that Mr. Coffee has a broader distribution of hot water over the coffee grounds. Yet, the taste variation is marginal, especially if you add a slightly larger amount of grounds. Typically, I have to buy a replacement unit every year. Testimony, I guess, about getting what you pay for. Nonetheless, this unit provides high quality cups with an option for strong brew. No complaints so far.

   We used this on a TV production shoot in the field, and I often had people waiting for over 10 min. for the coffee to complete. I also bought a bunch of extra filters but didn’t need them because it has a reusable one. When I pulled the coffeemaker out of the box, the carafe fell out and smashed on the floor, so I had to order a replacement and return it to coffeemakers.us.com. I put this in an RV we were using and the cord would not reach any of the outlets, even in a small space like an RV. The water outlet where you put the hole is a small hole right next to the basket, so it’s easy for water to splash into the grounds or the grounds to splash into the water intake. It is supposed to have a feature where you can pull out the carafe while brewing to pour a cup and it stops, but that didn’t work so we had hot coffee all over the chairs and table. It also does not have a “keep warm” feature that I can find – only a stop/start brew button. So I don’t think this is a product that we are going to use again. They should not advertise it as fast brew and if they do, they should say exactly how long it takes. It was awful to have 30 people waiting for this coffee and then it was gone in a minute, then having to wait over 10 min. for it to brew another batch.

   Our old coffee maker was a popular brand and matching the Empstorm with it I found the construction comparable and it easily fit the existing space. The controls are different but simple to learn. The difference is the quality of the brew. This coffee maker makes a good cup of coffee! I haven’t tried the “Strong” setting option yet but I’m enjoying a good cup and I’m not using as much ground coffee as I was with the old machine.

   Looked at a lot of comparable machines and read their reviews and this one had all the right stuff. It’s nice looking, easy to use, has features I appreciate(strong brew, 4hrs heating, programmable, great price) it was just an unknown(to me) manufacturer. Well I am glad I took the chance on this coffee maker. It’s quiet, brews quickly enough, gets/stays hot, and has a 4hr shutoff instead of most brands 2hrs. Sometimes I drink my coffee slower and my old machine would turn off before I was ready. Coffee tastes great too. Just really surprisingly pleased by this totally affordable appliance.
   Would totally recommend and buy more of this brand.

   If coffee makers were cars, this one would be a Ferrari — it looks beautiful sitting on my counter. Very easy to program so a freshly brewed pot is waiting for you in the morning, with the coffee aroma wafting all through the house. Best of all, you can customize the strength and amount of coffee brewed, and also choose the length of time you’d like it kept hot before the warming plate shuts itself off. For the sleek look and variety of customizable features, you can’t beat the value for the price.

    This pot was way more expensive. I figured I would get a better cup of coffee. I drink coffee all day. The coffee grind basket overflows and coffee grinds are in the pot. If you use less in the coffee is watery. I have wasted 2 bags of coffee trying to get a proper brew. Don’t buy – my Mr. coffee was way better and 1/2 the price. I wish I could return…..
