It brews and doesn’t job but the coffee is just not hot enough. Once I put cream in it’s luke warm.

I should have bought any brand but this one. It didn’t heat properly so I would have to microwave my freshly brewed cup. Then to add insult to injury it the little basket broke. Don’t buy this brand! Nothing good about this one!

This product is terrible. It leaks water all over the place, when you pour the coffee if comes out the sides of the pot and today it just stopped working. We have only had it less than 90 days and we have to purchase a new one again. This is terrible. Would not recommend this.
