   Bought this for my coffee and fell in love. It’s easy to use, fits perfectly in the fridge, slender enough it doesn’t take up a ton of room, holds a ton of coffee and brews quickly.
   The only down falls I have is the filter can be a pain to clean out with coffee grounds and the corners of the container are a bit hard to clean so I definitely recommend using a brush instead of a sponge.

   I put the spout in exactly as described in the instructions and it leaks. I literally have a cup below the spout in the fridge to catch the leaking coffee. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

   Overall this is a nice product and good value for the price. I don’t love the steel filter cup so I’m removing it and using a few large coffee filter bags that I will steep in the tank. Steel filter leeched a lot of coffee ground particles and took forever to fill the tank by adding water through it to saturate the grounds. Grounds werent fully saturated as filter sits partially above water level. Spout pieces are easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning while maintaining good seal. Skinny, oblong shape keeps fridge space usage to a minimum

   It fits in the frig, doesn’t take up much room. When it said held a gallon, I am not sure why I thought it would be bulky. It’s easy to clean, it’s easy to use. No Drips.

   I bought this to use at my bf’s house, so I can have my cold coffee and his hot coffee will be safe. He filled up the mesh filter to the top with normal coffee grounds and 12hrs and a good stir later, it was basically very concentrated cold brew coffee..and with it having coffee grounds in it, there was some at the bottom of the container.
   It met all my expectations in size and how well it works. Likely going to buy another for my place. Highly recommend.

   I received an email 2 days after receiving this product from the manufacturer. This is always a nice touch, IMO. They wanted to make sure everything is as expected, which it is. I am replacing a glass gallon jar dispenser that my daughter somehow ejected out of my fridge. This new unit is a smaller profile that will fit under a fridge shelf plus has a wide flat top onto which other things can be placed. The spout and the strainer basket are robust. There are no leaks. I am worried about the plastic leaching into my coffee but not so worried that the other features of this product don’t overcome that worry, so I am looking forward to years of use. I love cold brew, that’s for sure. — UPDATE: I like this so much that I purchased a second. With a couple of people drinking the cold brew, this goes only 2 days between having to remake it, so I am adding a 2nd unit into the rotation to allow the coffee to steep just a bit longer. My cold brew is superior to most of the places I can buy it here in Phoenix, Arizona and at a fraction of the cost. I am super pleased with these and you will be, too. Furthermore, I got another note from the manufacturer making sure that I would be pleased or they would make it right. I am pleased.

   I was very excited to try this when I found it. The spout works great. It was easy to clean. I like that you can remove the cylinder once the grounds have soaked and cover the top back with a cover and not have to leave the cylinder in the container.

   But my only hang up was, if you use the proper amount of water to coffee grounds in the cylinder. 2cups grounds to 1 cup water. The water level does not go high enough to cover the grounds completely. So there is about 2 inches of coffee ground that do not get covered in water or get wet enough to dilute in the water. You would have to add more water to cover the beans/grounds which in turn would make the coffee weaker. I tried it several times just to see and it was more frustrating to not be able to use the proper ground to water ratio. If they made the cylinder deeper or wider to use the proper ratio to be covered it would be pretty great. You do have to tilt to empty it when it get lower. That wasn’t much of a bother for me personally. Is there were a few adjustments made it would be the perfect iced coffee dispenser.

   I love cold brew, I love the ease of how this works, fill the chamber, put in the fridge, viola cold brew. Easy to clean, love the spout on the front so I’m not lifting a jug of cold brew in & out of the fridge, it’s small enough to fit on my top shelf of the fridge, so it doesn’t take much room up. Great product.

    Fits nicely in the fridge. The narrow design is an efficient use of space storage-wise. However, I wouldn’t steep the coffee in this container. I don’t think all the grounds would be able to get fully saturated with the way the filter is oriented. I put 100g of coarse ground coffee in a growler with 1500mL of water – mixed it & and let it sit for 24 hrs. Then, I poured it all through the filter into the container and was able to easily dispose of the grounds. The filter was pretty full w/ 100g of coffee. Next time I’d do less water for a stronger brew.

    Simple design, fits well in the fridge good gasket seals on both side of spigot. Spigot can be completely disassembled for cleaning (even the valve). Filled basket about 2/3 full with coarsest grind settinf and reservoir about 2/3 full with water. Left overnight and already tasting good. Will let sit the rest of the day then remove basket to have coffee ready all week.
