   Want to learn how to make a great pour-over coffee? this kit has what you need. Large glass can make up to 7 cups. The metal filter is well made but could use some ports at the bottom of the cone, you tend to have some water that just sits there. The scoop is well made but you can see welding marks pretty clearly, so could be refined. Overview, it’s a great kit for daily use. But not the top line product, could use refinement and polishing.

   This was my first pour over coffee system to get as I made the jump from keurig. It’s really nice and easy to use. I make my coffee every day and it’s a satisfying routine to get into. Just get yourself a gooseneck kettle for the water and you are good to go.

   The bottle mouth of glass is not round, so it can’t fit and shake when put into the filter , and the bottom of the bottle doesn’t shake flat on the table and make a noise.

   It is advertised for hot coffee pour over, and it is great quality. For my cold brew, it goes through too fast.

   Recommended for hot coffee lovers… it does a great job of that.

   The filter is great , there is a coffee measure…I would heap it for my blend .
   Boil water and pour over the grounds . The grounds will bloom . ( mild foam) . Then you can pour a bit let it drain and repeat. It takes a couple minutes. The pitcher doesn’t drip.
   I love the simple coffee method and no more paper filters.
   I find it easy to empty the remaining grounds and rinse.
   I don’t know how durable this will be , but so far I am enjoying the coffee.

   We mainly drink moka pot and Nespresso coffees. I always see people rave about pour overs and wanted to give it a try. The glass was packaged very well for shipping. I’m keeping the box because it makes it easy to pack. It’s a nice looking carafe, filter, and scoop. I watched a few videos for tips on extracting the best flavor from the coffee grounds. I used a ratio of 1:16 grounds to water. I started with a small amount of water to moisten and allow the grounds to bloom before swirling in half of the water. Once it drained, I added the remaining water. All in all a very simple process. The coffee itself was okay. I am more accustomed to moka and espresso strength flavor so this was a little watery to me. For the amount of work, it’s fine for a quick coffee. Clean up is pretty quick. I needed a brush to ensure the inside of the filter was clean from any grounds and residue that gets tripped between the metal layers. I am concerned based on other reviews that it could get clogged over time. This is the one piece that will take some maintenance.

    This is the first pour over for me. There was no sediment at the bottom after pouring. Makes a great clean cup of coffee. I love it it. Very easy to use.. I only have one suggestion, that is to handle it very (gingerly). It being glass.

    I took off the top rubber/silicone ring and now it is totally glass and stainless steel. Coffee tastes great.
