Works pretty well until you try and pour your coffee into a cup. The spout is too small and easily dribbles down the side of the coffee pot onto the counter. Have to lift the lid with your finger to get it to pour like a normal pace of pouring. Would not recommend.

This coffee maker is beautiful, but a terrible design. It needs to be scrapped and restarted. As the other reviewer said, it leaks all over when you pour, making a mess everywhere. The touch screen is nice, but it’s very hard to discern the beeps for on and off. It’s hard to figure out what function it’s on. It randomly reverts to brewing 1-4 cups, so we have to push the on/off pad when it stops, to brew 12 cups. Not user-friendly at all! It works best when I program it to brew an hour before I get up, then it has enough time to do its job when I come for coffee.

It’s a gorgeous color but awful to pour. Leaks all over my counter when pouring into my mug. So sad I have to get a different one.
