   I waited near the front door for this item. Unfortunately the package was “lost” in transit so coffeemakers.us.com sent out a replacement. That means I waited 9 days for this to come. Now it is here and I am IN LOVE with it. Beautiful! Easy to use! I live alone….no visitors….self-employed….so I used to hold a sieve lined with a coffee filter and a scoop of grounds over a cup to make each individual cup of coffee. I don’t want a big unit that is hard to clean cluttering up my counter. You just pour 14 oz of water into the reservoir, put a heaping tblsp of coffee grounds into the permanent easy to clean filter, turn it on….wait for it to stop dripping, turn it off and unplug it. I am super thrilled I found this. I have been promoting it on facebook all day. Perfect if you are at work, too.

   I first ordered this coffee maker because of the great reviews and cost. It does make good coffee and is easy to use but our first one died after 3 months. We tried to do a warranty claim though the company but forget it… their customer service bites. After at least a dozen emails and multiple request for videos of a non-functioning DOA unit (every time we sent a video there was some reason it was not correct???) we gave up after a month correspondence. The time we spent on this was not worth the price f the coffee maker. Against my better judgement my wife ordered a 2nd one when it was on sale. Since the unit does not have an auto off function I thought maybe my wife had left it on too long. Because of this I bought a timer switch that automatically turns off after 5 minutes thinking that this would avoid the issue on our second unit. That unit also failed after a few months. The timer switch I bought did not solve anything. Unless you want a paper weight that looks like a cheap coffee maker avoid this like the plague. The warranty is worthless.

   It worked great for couple months and I only did one cup a day for 5 days now it doesn’t fill the coffee mug half and doesn’t spit out all the water from the coffeemaker buyer beware it will work for little bit then only work 50% it was only $17 so what could I expect but I thought it would last at least a year only 2 months old after 15 mins and only 8oz of water only like 5-6 gets spit out while the other 2 oz just sits in the water holder and it claims it can hold 16 oz or 18 BS and I only try and make a half a cup every day too

   Update: 2 months in and still loving it! Update #2: On month 6 and it has gone out on me. I will have to buy a new coffee machine now. I absolutely love this! And for $16 and some change? The quality is really nice for the price. It is a lot sturdier then I thought it would be and the best part about it, the cord is so long! I hate short cords on coffee makers. It’s pretty small compared to my last one yet holds both a short and longer mug. So ideal! Makes a really nice fresh tasting coffee. I was shocked by how fast it made my coffee! I recommend running the first time with water to get rid of that first time taste that many coffee makers have at first. I also love how much room it gives to put water in, you could do a pretty big cup in one brewing. Cons – You have to remember to turn the coffee maker off, but it has a light so you will remember. The little handle that is attached to where you put the coffee grounds is just a tad cheap feeling but the rest of it is super nice feeling.

   Wasted money time it leak’s it won’t brew but 1/4 cup the coffee is getting pulled back into the water flow valve so it’s wasted my morning ruined my day for coffee don’t waste your time it’s not worth a tea cup.    Great little coffee maker. Likely will not hold up in a frequent use setting such as an office, lounge, commons area, etc. But it is perfect for my personal, daily use. Easy to clean, heats water fast, and brews a hot cup of coffee with minimal fuss. I put it next to my 8″ grinder to show its small and convenient size.

    I have had this coffee maker for two years. It has made coffee no problem. But then you start to notice that the amount of water you placed in the machine starts getting lower in your cup. Now I am at the point that even though I put in a full mug of water I only get 1/3 back in coffee. I am the only person in the house that uses it. So since it stopped working before the warranty ended I called the company Sensio who makes the product. They told me what I needed to do and I sent them an email with photos, and my receipt along with my new address. I got an email on October 17th which was 13 weeks ago. I still have received my refund check so I just emailed them again. If you call customer service as I have done I end up on hold for 20 minutes which is unacceptable. And this is a Canadian company. Go figure. Based on this I would definitely not recommend this product. Or perhaps none of their products. If I could give it less then one star I would.

    Honestly we were ready to purchase an expensive, fancy dual coffee maker with a single serve option. (I really wanted something that also serves as a tea/hot water maker). I could justify spending a ton of money just for a hot water, single server feature… so I settled on this inexpensive machine. It’s perfect. Also other reviews state it takes 5 minutes for 1 cup. This is not true for the machine we recieved. It starts brewing in about 5 to 10 seconds and a full cup is ready within 2 minutes.

    I love this little coffee maker, it doesn’t take up alotta space, its easy to use and clean. I love the ease of the disposable filter. It brews pretty quickly within 3-4 minutes. You can also use it to make tea, instant soups and oatmeal as well w just making hot water.

    Esta cafetera se mira bien sencilla, me gusta porque no necesita de filtro de papel y también la mayoría de las veces solo preparo café para mi esposo y no tengo que ensuciar el vaso de vidrio de la cafetera grande porque cae directamente en la taza de café. Pero note que a veces parece que rebalsa por dentro y el café cae en el lugar donde coloco el agua y luego hay que echarle agua para sacar el café que cayó allí. De lo contrario el café sale muy bueno, a mi y mi esposo nos gusta el café fuerte y sale exactamente como nos gusta. Esta cafetera estaba bien pero después de un mes! Se dañó, lo bueno fue que contacte a soporte y me ayudaron. Como no pudieron reemplazarla me enviaron un cheque por la cantidad que había pagado.

    Used product once a day, Mon-Fri and it worked prefect for my office desk until today! I poured water inside maker and it all came out of the bottom of the coffee maker. Not sure how but not worth $20 bucks, your better off adding another $20 and get another brand with removable water tank.

    This is my favorite single cup coffee maker! I like that it can accommodate large 20oz mugs no problem, and you really can’t go wrong with the price. Also, the flavor is far above what a Keurig can make. This is my 3rd time ordering this exact product. One coffee maker lasts about 1.5-2 years with daily use. I recommend using filtered water to prolong the product’s life.

    I really do like this coffee pot!! I needed one I could make a quick cup before I go to work at 5 am. This little pot doesn’t take too long and the coffee is HOT! We just bought this 2nd one for a vacation home (I couldn’t live without my little Bella coffeemaker) and now this is my go to just like at home.     Replaced an older model. Arrived perfectly packaged and undamaged box. However slot on hinge to open the water tank door was broken. . Contacted Bella’s customer service. They said it couldn’t be returned if box had been opened. There were no broken plastic pieces in the box so it was not broken during shipping or delivery. Also unlike the older model it does not shut off automatically. I thought I could live with the broken hinge but no automatic shut off could be dangerous. Very disappointed

    UPDATE 2: I bought a new one a year ago and through smart home functions set to always brew 6 minutes on full water. It’s still working ok. I can’t believe it tripled in price the last two years. UPDATE: From 5 stars to 4. Purchased in Feb. Broke 4 months later. The plastic pipe from the hot water heater melted and sealed itself shut (see picture). This is a design flaw. I fixed it myself. I opened it up with a drill bit. I don’t know how long my fix will last until it melts and blocks again. We’ll see. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Since this has a simple on / off switch, you can control it with a smart plug. So I just load it before bed and hit a button in the morning on my phone (when I’m in bed lol) to brew. The sound and smell of coffee gets me out of bed. My button turns on the switch, delays 10 minutes (to let it brew), then turns the switch back off again. The coffee maker is not big enough for my mug however, I just put a tall cup in there and pour that into my mug. No biggie. My 16oz mug ends up being full of coffee and cream so no issues. The scoop makes it easy to fill the coffee with no mess. It was $15 so as long as it lasts 6 months, I’ll be satisfied with the quality.

    The coffee maker had a broken piece right out of the box! I can still make coffee with it but I have to push the steamer by hand to clean and pour water into the reservoir. Unfortunately, coffeemakers.us.com does not handle the claims for this product so I have to deal with the manufacturer … “Bella”. I requested a replacement in November and no response until March for the receipt and product code. Its now May and no other response from them and the worst part is the Coffee Maker just stopped working … so the broken product does not last a year!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BELLA … would never buy there products again … its a hassle and doesnt seem like anyone works there!!

    First of all, I bought this thinking it would fit my thermos- It DOES NOT. I should have Returned it that very minute I found that out, but instead I kept it and stopped drinking my coffee on the go, or brewing and then attempting to pour the hot coffee into the thermos.. which sucks. I bought this in May, Used it very little and it hasn’t worked correctly for at LEAST 3 MONTHS. I just have to keep adding water to get it to fill a cup. Which mildly burns my hand sometimes bc of the steam… if You are looking for something cheap to get you from broken high priced coffee maker to new high priced coffee maker- then this should last about a month of VERY LITTLE USE. I Am not a regular coffee drinker I just drink coffee when ever I don’t feel like buying an energy drink, which is rare. Or want an iced coffee drink. But with Fall on the Horizon, It is a pain to have to rig up my coffee pot that isn’t even 3 months old (at the time the cover also popped off…) idk if my maker is a fluke or something? Everyone else seemed to like it? Idk. But it is a huge dissapointment.

    Although the machine is very simple and easy to use, there are a couple of problems. Problem number one is that there is no timer of any sort. It’s either on or off. Not sure why since once it makes the coffee, it can’t keep the cup warm but can make for a fairly impressive burst of steam if you don’t notice it’s on and add more water. Problem number two, which is more bothersome since I added an outlet with a timer to take care of Problem one. If you like 15 ounces of coffee and add the recommended amount of coffee grounds, the machine can’t handle that much without making a mess. When the coffee grounds swell with moisture, they hit the water dispenser and will then fall into the reservoir when you open it next. I’ve started adding a little less coffee and it’s better, but if you like a 15 ounce cup of strong coffee, this is not the coffee maker for you. The pictures are from using about 3 tablespoons of coffee grinds instead of the 4 that I’d usually use.

    Beware. Do not buy this product. Within a month, it stopped lifting water into the coffee. It is now useless. coffeemakers.us.com says it is not a returnable item, so I am stuck with it. I have contacted the company but no response. Weeks later. Jumped through hoops. No refund for a coffee machine that worked only for days. I was so disappointed with this product that I was afraid to buy a replacement product on coffeemakers.us.com.
