   If I could give it zero stars, I would! I have had this item for 10 days and it stopped brewing. It brews maybe 2 cups and the 10 cups sit in the water chamber. Yes I’m pressing 12 cup on the front, it just stops working. The color plum is pretty but honestly the size isn’t really that much smaller. For the a quarter of the price I could have gotten a more reliable, programmable coffee maker. I opted for this because it’s supposed to be smaller and the plum is so pretty. Returning it and replacing it with a more reliable machine. So disappointed.

   Two keurigs died on me, I think the power strip was to blame but we’ve never had great luck with them… anyway I was looking for a more compact and affordable choice and stumbled upon this one. It’s aesthetically pleasing, I can brew a whole pot or just a single serve, i used my deathwish coffee pod and it brewed without any issues. The coffeee is HOT! Usually after I add in my creamer the coffee gets cold, but not anymore! This bad b gets it hot enough that I don’t have to warm my creamer up before putting it in my coffee. Overall first use was a 10/10, it sounds a little clunky and louder than a keurig but it doesn’t bother me.

   I purchased during a sale and so happy with the product! It takes up much less room than my previous brewer but does all the same things! It is simple to use and cleans up fast. There have been no issues so I went on a hunt for other items in this product line including the toaster, griddle and the waffle maker. The toaster is the only item I have used and for several weeks I enjoyed perfectly cooked toast until the handle would not stay in the down position. I am waiting for the final result from Bella after sending them all items requested and will try again with another if possible. I have already got compliments on how good they look.

   I was so excited for this 2 in 1 coffee maker but unfortunately the K cup part of this coffee maker does not work. I have tried various types of k cups and every single one caused the coffee pot to flash all of the lights and stop working while spraying coffee everywhere. I have read the manual and nothing tells me what that error means. The coffee pot does work with the carafe but if you’re hoping to use the single cup option I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. This is such a disappointment.

   I thought I had purchased an awful box of coffee pods. The culprit, my Keurig, had me questioning a well-known, consistent coffee brand. I popped the same pod into my new Bella coffee maker, and my blonde coffee tastes light and enjoyable, just as it should! As it turns out, my Keurig machine was producing the burnt and bitter flavor that had my mouth turning downwards in disgust. This new machine allowed me to actually taste the nuances of my coffee. I believe the reason for the foulness was the inaccessible pod enclosure. Nearly impossible to clean with its tight crevices, my old unit’s design couldn’t be effectively scrubbed without much effort. And, the needle of the pod holder would scratch me. None of the parts were able to be dismantled. I would bring the unit to a running faucet, which could‘ve been a fire hazard. Conversely, this Bella machine breaks down completely into its separate pieces for proper cleaning and health. Additionally, engraved into the machine are directions for cleaning, a pleasant reminder. I tend to go through a bag of grounds quickly with the single-serve maker I own. This traditional pot slows the use of such an expensive product. I love that I can also switch from a full carafe of coffee to a pod seamlessly. The pot warmer is an added touch. The water tank has a great capacity, and yet doesn’t require a high minimum-fill. One can pour in just what’s needed. I’m ecstatic to ditch my two outdated, worn units, and assume this one that is gorgeous enough to deserve real estate on my kitchen counter.

   This is a full coffee brewer in the size of other single serve brewers. It looks nice on the counter and takes up much less room than its equivalent competitors. I haven’t used the carafe yet, but it matches the brewer nicely and comes with all of the accessories you could need. The k-cup function works very well and brews a nicely flavored cup of coffee. It blows the water out of the cup very thoroughly, so there’s no dripping or mess when disposing of the used k-cup. prefer an oversized mug and am pleased that this brewer accommodates my large mugs on the single serve tray. The buttons were a little confusing initially, but it’s pretty straight forward once you get the hang of it. There is no “brew” or start button and no power button, so I kept accidentally shutting it off when trying to run the brewer. I got it to go eventually and when I finally read the instructions (probably should’ve started there!), it does say that it starts brewing automatically 5 seconds after you select the size (ounces) desired. It has an 8, 10 or 12 oz options (no 6 oz). Another thing to note is that it has an open overflow hole at the top of the water reservoir. If you overfill it, it will run out onto your counter before the water hits the top of the reservoir. There’s no objective “negatives,” just some adjustments for me as a transition from the another company which I’ve used for years. Overall, this is a very nice looking, space saving, and well functioning coffee maker and I would definitely recommend it.

   It makes K-pod in 3 size cups, a K-pod screen for ground coffee, great! You can brew less of course by hitting the start button a 2nd time and it will shut down. So if you want espresso, put that fine grind in the K-pod basket and brew around 2oz or so. It does seem to push some water out first to ‘wet’ the coffee before then pushing through the rest, so it gets a good bold flavor this way. The larger basket will make 8,10,12 cup carafe easily. The huge tank on the back is super, it’s a little more than the 12 cup carafe. Perfect, it’ll last through a dozen K-Pods I am thinking. Simple controls are great. A stay hot plate for the carafe brews works well. Love the ‘oatmeal’ color, so tired of black everything now days. This is a decent maker and above many of the bigger name brands, get one! Update: 3/15/25, I have found the on button annoying in the respect that it also changes the cup size to easily. I usually use 8oz but sometimes overflow the cup as it want to 10oz and I didn’t see that it did. You must push the button really fast to not switch mode, a bit to long and it goes to the next larger cup size and you didn’t notice it…. Also it sometimes flashes all of its LEDs after a brew. Three times, there is no mention of this action in the manual, what is it trying to indicate. The unit works fine and I use RO water so it’s always clean as such? Still like the machine though.

   I love this design! In the past, we have used Keurig & Hamilton Beach products. We are replacing coffee makers every 2 years. This design is more simplistic & brews a hot cup of coffee. You can actually see the steam. It’s very easy to use & I love that you can use fresh coffee grounds or a Kcup. This makes me want to buy the whole line of products for the kitchen.😆

    So far, this is the best coffee pot we’ve ever had. The filter area has a lid. No more grinds spewing over the top. There is a straw in the middle of the carafe where the coffee drips down. No spilling. This thing functions great. The coffee tastes better. It’s a little expensive but so worth it!

    I was so excited about this two in one coffee maker – mostly for aesthetic purposes on my counter (I bought this, the toaster, and the air fryer to all match and be clean and slim). This coffee maker is no match to a keurig – mine is about 30 days old and makes a huge mess every single day (completely negating the aesthetics feature I loved about it) and literally does not tell you (in any form) when the water is low. So, you basically waste a pod or end up with a weird double brewed cup of coffee. I just feel disappointed (the toaster also seems so slim that it nearly burns everything we put in it). No issues with the air fryer – that one is actually quite nice.

    This product as well as the color looks just like the photo. I dislike that I pushed the button for 6 cups of coffee and it made 8 cups. So I did it again and got the same results. This issue needs to be resolved. When making the cup of coffee, the machine can be a bit loud. I’m not use to coffee machines being loud. But other than the issues I’ve stated that I observed so far, the machine is okay.

    UPDATE!! The single serve feature stopped working after 6 weeks. We went through the warranty process, but they did not have the same unit to replace ours. It will be 4-6 weeks of waiting for a check in the mail. Meanwhile, I found another unit at Target. However, the single serve did not work right out of the box. Returned that one as defective. At least we got our refund right away. I CANNOT recommend these brewers. We have very low cabinet clearance, 13.5 in. We’ve wanted a dual brewer for quite some time, but they all were too tall for our space. This unit fits our space perfectly. Still learning the ins and outs, but pleased so far.

    We live in a camper so I was looking for something that did not take up much space and provided single cup and carafe option. I had giving up until I found Bella products. I decided to make the purchase and I am so glad I did. I just wanted something to fix good coffee. I do not need several buttons that mean nothing to me. It is simple to use and if you are looking for a coffee maker for a small area then this is the one you want. It can be a little loud when first brewing but It is not enough to wake anyone up that is still sleeping. I will be looking into other Bella products to purchase

    I never write reviews but I love this coffee pot so much I had to share. I like my coffee hot. The warming plate on this coffee maker keeps the coffee hot AND fresh. Every cup feels and tastes just like the first pour. I returned a Moccamaster for this and haven’t regretted it. Carrafe and single pods both work fine. Comes with reusable filter baskets for both larger and single sizes and a coffee measuring scooper.

This model has everything you want in a modern coffeemaker plus it’s lightweight, a compact design and comes in a very chic selection of colors. I got mine in Oatmilk. I would call it a cross between a creamy tan and a light grey. It pretty much goes with everything. I love how they incorporated the insertion of the pods directly into the regular basket instead of them being separated. This really helps with having less mess to clean when you use both regular ground coffee and pods. We tend to use pods during the week and make full pots of coffee on the weekend and it’s been so nice only having to clean one mess instead of two. The coffeemaker is very streamlined and everything is so easy to read and understand. No difficult instructions with this one, everything is straightforward. It has a nice, large water tank, it holds 60 ounces. No worries about filling it up after just a cup or two. And, no drips… seriously… This really is a fantastic coffee maker.

    This coffee maker works well and certainly saves space, but it is NOT a 12 cup coffee maker. The reservoir and pot are marked as if it holds 12 cups. The reservoir/pot only hold 52+ ounces. That’s 4+ ounces per cup. Even an espresso cup is 6 ounces. Every coffee cup/mug in our kitchen holds 10-12 ounces. With 4 adults in the household, that’s only one cup per person. It should be advertised and marked as an 8 cup coffee maker.

    I want to love this coffee maker, but it is lacking. I got it to match the toaster they make (which I own and love) and to match my overall kitchen aesthetic. I love the size and overall appearance. I like the option to make a cup or a pot of coffee. However, I have missed a couple of my Keurig features. First, there is not a 6 oz option. I often brew a 6 oz cup, so this is the biggest let down. I also miss the ability to select the strong brew option. I can live without this, but not having the 6 oz option is just not good. I’m not sure I would buy this again if I had the choice.

    Unpacking this coffee maker I was surprised at the weight of this machine, it feels more like a commercial unit than one made for home use. Setup was easy and after running a pot of water through to do an initial clean-out I made our first pot of coffee, it brewed quickly and tasted great:) We make coffee by the pot but for those who use pods this coffee maker converts easily for single cup pod use too. This is an elegant looking coffee maker, it’s heavy for its size, and it is easy to use too!

    We purchased this earlier this week.
    We choose to use the kcup brew as it is most convenient for us.
    It worked consistently for 2 weeks but now everyday the brew size is inconsistent. We select 12 oz brew and we only get 2 oz. We make a second attempt as not to waste the kcup coffee
    Then we select brew a second time and then u get 8 oz or 10 oz brew.
    It’s annoying and inconvenient. It’s a waste of time and I don’t like it.
    Plus the taste of the brew is average, very inconsistent. I’ve purchased 3 different types of coffee brands and favors…
    It’s all disappointing 😞.

    The machine is pretty and works for counter, but it’s not a value added purchase.
