   Uses a ton of battery when room temp water is used hence the four star. Once you get the hang of it you’ll appreciate it. Temperature and volume are bit inconsistent, but for the price we did not expect perfection. My husband uses it with the pods since he is on the road and doesn’t want the clean up. It has saved him money on the road not buying shots or americano coffees which he prefers. Ot produces a recent creama and is very easy to use. Double press the button and it works as advertised nothing fancy, it works. Lowest priced real portable espresso maker he could find so it has paid for itself many times over. He uses an induction plate to heat the water in the truck or a camp stove if it’s nice out. It is solid made and a covered recharge port is nice.

   This mini espresso machine is compact and handy for light use. It brews decent coffee, but the self-heating function takes a while, and the battery life isn’t great. It’s good for occasional travel but not a daily solution.

   This will not make the best espresso ever, unless you’re just used to awful trash coffee and have very low standards. However, this thing is incredibly light and portable, yet still makes admirable shots of espresso. I haven’t used a pod in it yet, so can’t vouch for that, but using Ethiopian beans finely ground with a burr grinder, this actually made some decent tasting espresso. A shot actually has some crema. This is so ple to use. It holds a charge well. It uses USB C charging. This thing is amazing for on the go espresso making.

   I use this for travel along with a frother that I purchased. It’s worth packing because of the convenience and savings over going to a Starbucks by the hotels. Even if the cost weren’t a consideration, I like that I don’t have to leave the room and wait in a long line for my morning fix. Doesn’t do as good as our home Nespresso Machine, but I’d say it’s at least 75% as good. The difference is negligible in a latte.

   I got this for a Vine product review because I make espresso daily using a stove top carafe and thought this would be much more expedient and better. I was wrong. PROS * well made machine * good for taking with you * easy to charge CONS and I’d have given this 2.5 stars if I could * super pain in the butt to use * makes way less than my stove top carafe and I have a tiny one * coffee barely hot…I mean barely, it’s marginally warmer than room temperature * even if you fill the water section it does not brew the entire water inside you have to keep on repressing to brew * way over priced for something that does not make piping hot espresso and takes forever to actually make your warm coffee Would not recommend. You’re better off buying one you use on the stove and putting it in a thermos to go….and still have money left over!

   C’est un petit appareil livré avec une notice, un tampon et un petit sac de transport.
   Son usage est simple, on peut l’utiliser aussi bien avec du café moulu que des dosettes.
   Je fais beaucoup de randonnées et je trouve très agréable de pouvoir emporter des dosettes et préparer du café frais à l’aide de cette machine qui tient facilement dans mon sac à dos.

    This espresso machine is pretty neat and gets the job done! It comes with a bunch of accessories, most of which are pretty straightforward—except for the white ring (which helps keep the coffee grounds in place while you pack them) and the black attachment (which is actually for using coffee pods). The instructions are a bit confusing, so it took me a minute to figure everything out. I did notice it takes a while to heat up on its own, but adding hot water makes it start brewing instantly. The wall plug-in is a nice touch, and rare addition these days. Overall, it’s a good espresso machine with a few quirks, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a solid choice!

    This is a pretty neat little device. The user manual that comes with it is describes everything well, so it is easy to use. I like that it will use ground coffee as well as some pods. The carry bag that is included is very nice as well. I took away a star for the operation execution falling a little short of expected based on the advertisement. Watch my video to see what I mean. I’ve run two batches through this, both with cool water to test the heating aspect. It heats the water very well, but seems to struggle to push the water through the ground coffee. It comes with a tamp, so I compressed the coffee in its cup as one would with other espresso machines. I’ll have to try it more with different compressions. And I’m keen to try the pods, so I’ll update this review after that. All in all, it’s cool. If you’re looking for another way to make espresso (or make it camping) then this is worth a go.
