The design of the carafe is perfect for pouring and easy on the wrists. The filter is amazing; preground coffee doesn’t pass through and cleans easily. Wipe with a paper towel, removes any bean residue, and is ready to go for the next brew

I wanted to share my experience with the carafe I recently ordered. Unfortunately, the first one arrived broken into several pieces. However, upon requesting a replacement, I was pleased to receive the second carafe in perfect condition.
After washing the new carafe, I brewed my first iced coffee and it turned out to be delicious. Although the brewing process took a bit longer than expected due to the coffee grind size, I plan to experiment with different settings to optimize the drawdown time. Overall, I believe this is an excellent coffee maker and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Love it! Delicious pour-over coffee at a fraction of the Chemex price. The carafe is well-designed and attractive, and I especially like the permanent stainless steel filter – this is the first time I’ve used one and will never go back to paper filters again. Since I haven’t had the coffee maker for long, I don’t know how fragile it is. I expect it won’t be as durable as a Chemex because the glass material is so much lighter and thinner. But hey! I’ve been wrong before, and look forward to being wrong again.
