   Overall, I like this coffeemaker for it’s looks and it does what it needs to do. Perhaps the only improvement would be if the coffee was a little hotter. I find I need to add another 10-15 seconds in the microwave to get it to the temperature of the older appliance that finally died. The other downside for me (not necessarily others) is that it has a too bright, cold blue light. I find that annoying and harsh -there is no way to turn it off. No light or a warmer light would be better.

   I bought this coffeemaker because it looked my ‘Mr Coffee’ was going to quit and I wanted another not too big programmable one in white (hard to find these days). Luckily ‘Mr Coffee’ didn’t quit on me so I asked to return this new one; this was approved BUT I would have to get it packaged again then pay for return postage – way too much hassle! Wished I had known this before ordering it! Guess I’ll keep it as a backup, it is kind of cheaply made so wouldn’t want to gift it. Would not recommend this vendor.

   After two months the printing on the front rubbed completely off. I was shocked. I contacted the company and was completely ignored. If you forget how to operate it you will have to refer to the user manual. Never again. Lesson learned. Poor product and customer service.

   I make VERY strong coffee; I drink it all day long
   My wife likes a softer brew, she drinks coffee on occasion
   Made my first pot and said to myself… MAN this is weak.
   My wife tried some and said… Good cup of coffee!
   I like SUCH strong coffee, espresso is just a fancy name.
