   I ordered this coffee maker because one like it died after 3 months (the second to last 3 months) the filter holder did not swing out, the filter holder did not swing out, the coffee carafe itself was a different shape, I waited 4 days without a cup of coffee until it arrived only to pack it back up and ship it back.

   Hope someone tells the vendor for the page to correct the description and picture or fill orders with the right coffee pot. Yep! I’m angry when descriptions don’t match the product.

   Ordered a second one and took over a week to get it thus when it arrived, it was the wrong model again! Bo aawing out filter holder and the button is on the side insteaf of the front with a different carafe! Check Description and pictures before orfering.

   product works fine it is just that the quality of the product is just average, not a very solid coffee maker, the guage of plastic used to build is thin but that’s what you get for the price so that is to be expected

   My work wont supply us coffee makers so for 20$ I didn’t care if it didn’t last. I order this coffee maker in 2014 and it still working and in one piece! I leave it in an area that im rotated in and out of once every 3 months. Others use it at least 2-3 times a day! It gets dirty and on my rotation I take it apart and deep clean it!. Works like a charm. I do recommend using #4 type filters tho to help keep coffee out of the pot. this 2-$ pot is lasting longer then the 100$ makers other I work with have bought!

   I am very disappointed with this product, when I received it I plugged it in and it did not work. It is very poorly made and handle feels very flimsy. The only thing it is good for is holding water. Total waist of 15 dallors!!!!!

   This is great if you’re looking for just a basic coffee maker with no frills. However, the part where the grinds go has a basket. The basket comes out but that upper portion traps a lot of liquid in it that is hard to clean out. It doesn’t detach either.

   Got this to replace an expensive larger and heavier brand we loved and had for about a decade. This coffee maker is MUCH lighter weight and the pot fits VERY securely. For example, when pulling a full pot out to pour your coffee, you must use both hands, one for the pot and one to hold down the light weight base so it actually releases the pot. Other than this issue, the coffee maker is easy to use, fast to brew and an extraordinarily good buy for the price as we got it on special. We are hoping this one lasts a while considering the quantity of coffee the four of us drink daily… and the ‘inexpensively’ make of the product.

   Only had it a few days so far, so if it does or doesn’t hold up, will update.

    cheap flimsy piece of garbage! Shipped to me with the frame already cracked clear through. Shipping in the manufacturer’s box provided zero protection and coffeemakers.us.com’s protection was worse (none)! If I could have given this poorly made coffee maker a zero I would have.
