   Just getting this out of the box and the strainer doesnt fit the designated spot on the bamboo plate. Then getting the carafe out of the box I cut my finger on the spout. Would not recommend

   The plastic that the coffee drips into is fantastic the filter is a piece of crap after 2 uses the filter broke off the base that sits on the plastic cup. I am not endorsing the purchase of this pour over product . I will be asking for a refund.

   I love love love my small pour over set up. it’s got amazing flavor and it’s a delight to use! HOWEVER, was sad to see this morning that the two pieces that make up the top part fell apart! it doesn’t look like any parts are broken, but these two pieces just fell away from each other. seems like it should’ve been welded together a bit better… i’m kinda devastated cause like I said I look forward to making coffee every day with this! still works kind of, but I would love a replacement especially since the price has gone up a few dollars since I purchased! I think it’s a great product but wondering if I got a defective one 🙁 i’m honestly surprised that broke before I had a chance to drop the glass carafe HAHAHA

   After having it for a week and very carefully washing it it broke with little to nothing holding it down it was very flimsy straight out the box wasn’t even able to return it cause coffeemakers.us.com was not even giving me the option-_- do not recommend this model or shape

   Overall I liked this pour over. It is easy to use and looks nice. However, I dropped the filter on the floor, and it broke. I know it was my bad for dropping, but I was a bit surprised it broke. I dont think the weld (or whatever hold together the filter to the silver piece that sits on top of the glass) is very strong. I would recommend, but just be careful not to drop or do anything else that may break the weld.

   I totally love this drip. The coffee taste delicious, it’s easy to clean, And totally great for one serving. I ordered one last fall for myself and I loved it so much I bought one for a family member. When the metal cone filter fell apart, I contacted the company and they immediately, like within 2 days, sent me a replacement cone for free! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I mean it. I did not expect them to go above and beyond like this. You should definitely contact the company if you are unhappy or have one of the filters that falls apart.

    HA!! I love this so much!! It is my first pour-over coffee pot and it is just darling!! Looks like something from Beakman’s World. Can you tell a 90s kid is typing? It is sleek, petite, well made, love the base, and the 3-cup mark on the pot fills one regular coffee mug perfectly! I used Cafe du Monde coffee because it is coarser, and it worked like a dream just as quickly as the one-cup Keurig! Smooth brew taste and the filter rinsed fully with one swish like it knows I’m picky about my clean. I cannot recommend this enough. My Keurig that I was never quite sure if it was clean enough has been officially replaced!

    Got this as a present. Filter, carafe, and bamboo base all worked great! Except filter basket is attached to base plate with tiny tack welds, which quickly broke after a few uses/washings. There’s a way to drill a hole and add a stainless steel bolt, which is what I’m going to do rather than return this.

    I came here to rate this product because lo and behold, my return window closed January 31 and TODAY the metal filter broke. Even so, I was going to give two stars because I like the rest of the set. But knowing that the filter comes apart just from hand washing got me thinking – wait a minute, what is the single thing that stops me from having my morning coffee here? THE FILTER. Don’t get me wrong; the glass cup and wood holder are nice, but I could improvise if one or both these items broke quite honestly. The broken filter, however, means no coffee for me the next few days unless I brave the snow and run to the store tonight, or order a replacement ASAP. So if your whole point is to get some good coffee in your system, then the flimsy-designed-filter leaving you without should be a dealbreaker, ladies!

    This made a decent cup of coffee but I found the amount it brews each time to be small. I like a bigger amount, don’t want to have to go back several time s to keep brewing. Other than that the quality of the set up is very nice and I think it would make a nice gift.

    This little set is adorable. The pot is a nice size and the wooden stand looks great. Only issue is that it broke after less than a week of gentle use. Good thing is that it still works even while broken, it’s just a little inconvenient.

    I got this product to have a pour over coffee maker that I could completely clean and dry so that the coffee would taste as fresh as possible. I’m glad I bought this! Simple and elegant, it works exactly as designed, and I cleaned and dried it while my coffee was cooling. Great product and fantastic price. It consists of 3 pieces – stainless steel filter, double walled borosilicate glass container, and bamboo wood stand. I will be using it every day.

    I have wanted one of these little pour over coffee makers for a while, especially for camping and traveling. About 16 ounces of hot water with fresh ground coffee beans makes a wonderful large cup of coffee or enough to share (but who shares coffee???) The insulated pot pours nicely without dripping, and is light but sturdy. I love the little bamboo stand! The whole product is pretty stylish and looks great in my kitchen, and the cup of coffee I had testing it was great. Easy to clean, too- a quick rinse and you’re ready for another round 🙂

    Love the design. Many reviews mentioned the base coming off the cone piece so I’m hoping mine stays on. I’ll use my other filter thing if this happens. Filter does the job well.
