Works great!!! So fast!! Love it!! Can have a pot of water ready for tea and coffee at the same time. Great for family use and parties/guests over.

   UPSIDE: Very good coffee!! Easy to set up and use, however follow setup instructions EXACTLY!

   DOWNSIDE: Filters are larger than the average ones available in grocery stores. Best to order by product number online.

   Product works as it should, however, if your not going to include the decanters with the actual coffee maker(and yes it’s at the very end of the description that it’s not included) at least don’t show them in the pictures. Kind of misleading.
