   If you want to have coffee quickly and can T off your water line to your Ice maker to provide proper feed for this pot it is great. Pay no attention to the Unhappy review of Happy Gal.

   Professional commercial unit. No auto start. It stays on all the time. It has an “energy saver” feature that provides an option to either turn water heating off or turn down to 140 degree temp, but to get it out of saver mode, a person must push a button. There is no auto start. I called Bunn customer service and they confirmed that heating to brew temp either is left on or a person has to push a button to get it back into heating cycle to brew temp. After heating is off on energy saver, it is about 18 minutes to brew, and from 140 degrees, about ten minutes. Once on, it will brew pots basically continuously about every 4-5 minutes depending on how the brew cycle is set. But the point is that there is no option to have it kick on automatically in the morning. It has to either be left on at 200 degrees all the time, or a person has to physically start it from room temp/140 then wait 10-18 minutes for the machine to be ready to brew. Must have water inlet. Water inlet is 1/4 flare, not compression nut. No leaks but you have to have a flare tool and a flare nut to hook it up to a 1/4 copper fitting from the faucet. Requires 1/4 copper pipe for water inlet, not PEX or plastic. Easy set-up, carafe keeps coffee hot for hours, and the coffee is basically restaurant/coffee shop style coffee. Really a great unit.

   Horrible produce!!! No where on the description does it say you have to have an independent and continuous water source for this to work. It does. We put it back in the box and returned it they still charged us 15% restocking fee. Horrible products do not buy! We bought another bun coffee maker from Lowe’s and the only way the coffee got hot was from the plate at the bottom. Another worthless product. Expensive junk!

   Purchased this coffee maker for our business. No more K-Cups when you have 55 plus employees. This coffee maker brews the coffee fast. It’s hooked to a water line so no refilling needed. Purchased 3 of the Crafts to hold the coffee and the coffee stay HOT. No smelly burned coffee. Costs so much less then having a coffee service and or purchasing K-Cups and standing in line waiting for your turn. Great investment. I highly recommend this brewer.
