   We are just getting rid of our second one of these. Both have done well producing a good cup of coffee – that’s why we’ve had two. The quality of the unit leaves us unimpressed. The first one developed a crack in the plastic. It never leaked. Bunn replaced that one at no charge. Took a few weeks to get the new one, but we were happy to have a brand new unit. The second one started leaking water out of the bottom after about 2.5 years of daily use. The leaks started happening occasionally and then increased until they happen every time we use the Bunn. I wrote to Bunn, but haven’t heard anything yet. Since it’s Black Friday Week, I just ordered a new coffee maker. This time I’m trying the Cuisinart DCC-3200. After having disappointing results years ago with Mr Coffee, we switched to Bunn and thought we’d found a brewer for life. After 20+ years with Bunn machines, we are satisfied that the Bunn quality isn’t what it used to be. I’ll wait a few months to review the Cuisinart.

   Excellent coffee maker and a definite improvement over the last Bunn I had, which had a tendency to drip excessively even when not brewing. Apparently the manufacturer fixed this problem, because this model works just fine. Love the quick brewing time! I would definitely recommend this product.

   Love what it does. However, like three other Bunn’s I’ve owned, it leaks water after a few years use. Company WILL NOT repair or have repaired citing some mumbo jumbo about electrical codes. To their credit they gave me a coupon each time for about 25-30% off a new one. Trouble is, if they know they have this problem (15 yr user) why don’t they fix it? We’ll see what they’ll do this time. May end up with a different one.

   I’m not sure how to review this: I am happy and unhappy with it. I received the coffee maker very quickly, very nicely packed (which was a good thing because the box was dented, broken and had it not been packed well it would have been damaged. It was obvious the brewer had been taken apart and well worked over – dents and scratches and the water unit slants forward. I am very nervous with any movement I need to do with the brewer as I’m not sure as how well it will stay together. It makes great coffee, doesn’t leak, warmer stays hot – just not in as “good shape” as I thought it would be.

   We bought this to replace an identical model that finally died of old age and over use.
   It brews very quickly, but coffee always spills out of the carafe when pouring in.
   I with it came with the gizmo that stops coffee from coming out of the brew cup when the carafe is removed to keep coffee from running onto the warming plate when my caffeine-deprived co-workers can’t wait for the coffee to stop brewing before pouring their first cup.
