   We have had 2 of these coffee makers since March of 2019. The first one built up so much pressure it blew the grounds basket out of the machine and onto one of our office personnel. Not only was it hot because it was brewing coffee at the time but it came out with such force it splatter all over the walls, counter, refrigerator and that person. It was awful. It also blew our breaker. I tried to dry it out and clean it and it would not work it just kept blowing the breaker in every outlet we tried. We even tried a surge protector and that did not work. Luckily this was in our 3 month warranty window. I contacted the seller and got a new coffee maker after a couple weeks for hounding. The new coffee maker is no better. It takes over 90 minutes to brew 1 pot of coffee. In an office setting this is useless. Now we just want a refund. I would not recommend this particular coffee maker.
