I am a newbie to coffee makers and have only ever used a keurig. After reading the instructions I was able to use this easily. The removable water tank is a great feature and the delay brew is definitely a must. I do forget to turn it off so the auto shut off after 2 hours a nice feature as well. I love that I don’t have to buy disposable filters for it and it fits nicely on my counter without being bulky!

This brews a solid cup of coffee and has a ‘keep warm’ function that actually works!! The bold brew mode makes a noticeable difference for stronger coffee (my prior coffee maker had a similar function, but I could never tell the difference, so I really appreciate that this truly does what it says). You can also pause it, which is very convenient if you want to grab a cup while its in the middle of brewing. Very happy overall!

This coffee maker works great. It’s easy to program for auto morning coffee. It comes with its own reusable cone filter. The display is lit so it’s easy to read, even in the dark. This is a simple coffee pot that makes an extra large pot of coffee. It’s pretty quick about it too. I replaced a very expensive pot with this one, because I kept having issues to due to our hard water. I don’t regret. This one chugs away and makes a reliable pot of coffee, hard water or not.
