   I was waiting for that coffee maker once I ordered it. I track the package everyday to show my wife how this brand is amazing, high quality, and easy to use. Got it today. opened it up. Filled it up with water in order to start our noon with a homemade coffee, which is considered that this is the first time we own a coffee maker in our home since we got married. Unfortunately, the water stuck inside and the alarm start ringing. I opened up the reservoir cover to see what happens. I noticed that the water doesn’t get in and blocked in there. Finally, we discovered that the coffee maker’s carafe has no lid!! I’m not disappointed with the coffee maker because I’ve tried the brand in several products and I knew how its quality looks like and how it’s working. I’m disappointed with the seller and the wasted time. However, I wish if anyone wants to sell a product to give worry about the customer just like how he worries about his money.

   Ours won’t turn on as of today and we have had it for less than one year. The carafe leaks easily and it is difficult to pour water in the back right corner of the machine if you are left handed. It looks and feels like flimsy plastic. The only good thing I can say is that it brewed fast and very hot when it did work. Our last coffee maker lasted well over 12 years so I’m disappointed.

   This coffee maker was a replacement for my old Cuisinart coffee maker that I loved. There is something wrong with the carafe of this item. You must hold it over the sink as you pour a cup as it leaks somewhere around the edge of the top of the carafe. I would have returned it but it was just too much trouble to pack it up and mail it back. Guess the previous owner didn’t have a problem mailing it back for its “refurbishing.”
