   I really like this percolator. It’s small enough for travel and makes a nice cup. It’s a lille fiddly to set up—I had one cup that was really weak when I got the setup wrong—but once I got the knack of it, it worked fine. (Note: TSA pulled my carry-on for inspection because the percolator was in it. Recommend taking it out of your bag to go through security)

   My husband travels for work and hotel room coffee is just nasty, so I gifted him this coffee maker. He absolutely loves it! It makes a bit over a cup at a time. It’s basically a to go percolator, make coffee, tea or whatever as strong as you like with the different settings. Small enough to fit into his suitcase. Outside is very hot so the silicone sleeve is a must! No leakage, great coffee and so easy to use. What a great value!!!

   Okay so I bought one because one of my buddies had one in his tent. Mine does not make coffee properly. It spits the coffee out of holes on the top and all on the ground like in the pictures. BUT when I use my buddies coffee maker (Same brand and style) it works just fine. I have a picture of his to. If y’all have any questions I’ll try to answer them.

   I bought it to make coffee but have only used it as a kettle so far; so cannot comment on the perc capacity. I love that it doesn’t beep when you press the button. Works great if you only have a small space. No steel taste. Make sure only adults will be using it though, the potential for scalding and burns is real with this! I love it, use it several times a day.
   I have since used it to make coffee and it makes great coffee. The instructions don’t tell us what the difference is between coffee 1 and coffee 2, but there are two settings. I took it camping and lost the spray cap so am not wondering if we can get parts.

   My girlfriend got me this since I travel for work and complained about the constant hotel coffee. It is fairly straightforward in operation. But doesn’t exactly recommend ratios from water to coffee grounds. That was a LOT of trial and error for me. I initially started with max line for each and choked with how strong it was. For me personally, I find my fill on water and about half full for the grinds. It makes a smooth cup. Cleaning is fairly easy. I do recommend removing the seal around the lid occasionally to clean. I use a straw cleaner to clean out the spout more thoroughly from time to time, but water flushes it out well enough. I remove the orange band and wipe it off as it tends to get coffee under it occasionally. That could be due to how I pour or maybe it’s location on mine. Then again it could be due to a small dribble when you tip it back up. Not sure. It has two openings on the lid, big and small. The small is for venting purposes as you pour it. Sometimes I get grounds in my coffee, but not often. One con I’ve noticed: the lid appears to be two parts glued together and I’ve noticed mine has separated a little at the seam and I get water in it. Not really sure what to do about it but it hasnt effected it in any way. Regardless overall this is a really sound product and I recommend it.

   This coffee maker was great, until it wasn’t. I bought this as gift for my father and he loved it. It made the coffee hot, quick and the fact that it didn’t take up much room in the kitchen was a huge plus. 5 months into using it though, it barely works. We have to run it 2-3 times in order to get decent coffee out of it. Pretty disappointing to say the least. I am going to contact them today to see if they are willing to replace it or refund me. I will update as soon as I get a response.

    READ ALL: DISAPPOINTMENTS: I received a much waited for coffee brewer that is slim line and does NOT take up so much space on the counter top. Unpacking was joyful due to the care they took to make sure it was not damaged in shipping, very pleased with that. As I opened the many layers I noticed a stain of yellowish on the bottom of the brewer see picture above, NOT PLEASED for it should not arrive looking like this and I cant for the life of me figure out how it got stained? after one year the plastic top seal is broken but unite still works. Have not been able to get hold of seller to see if they can send new top for with out the tight seal the unite doesnt work! so it is not long lasting. SO BE WARE The Instructions are very easy and larger enough to read to figure out how to set up and brew! nice for I anticipate my coffee at this moment. It states no more the 25 grams and I would go less for 25 grams is very strong but palatable. I have a picture above to show actual size comparison to mason jar. It comes with an orange sleeve so you do not get burnt which is very thoughtful. the internal filter is stainless steel and good quality to keep all sentiment s out of your coffee. The Aroma while beginning the brew smells up my house and I felt like I was at my favorite coffee shop. So very pleased. It has two settings for coffee one mild and the other strong. It also has temp settings to regulate you heat to taste. There is also TEA brewing settings and I like that for I am not always in the mood for coffee….. The Only down side is, in this present day you would think they could figure out how to has it charge up like my phone so it is easy to bring places where electric is not available. However over ALL it seems to be worth the money so far; lets see how long it last I tried to down load video but it would not load ONE other odd matter is a black cord which I feel should have been white to match the brewer! I will have to replace because I like everything to match rightly. I brewed tea this AM and it came out perfect and gives you two cups and half in a tea cup( not American cup size which is all over large and looses heat to quickly) this is efficient and no noise but does give off steam so don’t put it below a cabinet while on. 3 month review:: lid cracked from heat around their manufactures seam I have been waiting for a replacement for a year now called coffeemakers.us.com, no help…. they do NOT stand behind their A-Z guarantee!

    I’m old enough to have enjoyed the nicely designed and manufactured percolators you could buy in the sixties. I haven’t been impressed with what’s available now, until I ordered this one. This little percolator could hold its own against any percolator made in the sixties. The design is very attractive and good materials were used in its construction. Most importantly, it functions perfectly every time–it makes superb, hot coffee, and it’s very easy to operate and to clean. I’m careful with it, never getting water on the electronics, cleaning it out after every use, and handling it gently, so I’m hoping it will last a long time. I’m debating whether to buy another one just to keep as a backup.

    I bought this for Vegas because our room wouldn’t have a coffee maker. The multiple reviews were excellent so I bit the bullet and bought it. It arrived and I unpacked it to practice. I followed the included instructions exactly. The practice round went fairly well except for a few grounds in the brew but not a crazy amount so no big deal. Good coffee but clean up is a PITA, especially the lid, which traps liquid and is basically impossible to rinse out completely (picture attached). However this morning in Vegas was an entirely different story. The attached pictures are what occurred after I followed the same steps as in the directions. Coffee everywhere. Undrinkable coffee. I am planning on returning and hoping for a full refund. Please look elsewhere for your mobile coffee maker!
