Ordered this coffee maker and the dispensing lever broke off after about 5 uses. coffeemakers.us.com replaced it immediately and the same thing happened again after in a similarly short period of time. I’m returning this product and replacing it with one from a different manufacturer. Obviously it’s very poorly made. The surprising thing is that coffeemakers.us.com would sell a product of this poor quality

I bought this for work at the end of August. It worked great for a few days. However, after that the pot started malfunctioning at the nozzle. The nozzle mechanism repeatedly disassembles itself with use. I am very disappointed with this purchase. I would have returned it, however, it was bought for work and I was off due to surgery for several months. Therefore, I did not know it needed returned until it was too late.
