   So far so good! First impressions on this was that the plastics chosen for parts of the machine were very lightweight.. to me, lightweight feels cheap. The portafilter is also very lightweight which I don’t love. However, this has been so awesome to use !! The fact that you can push a button and the espresso will brew and you can walk away if needed is so convenient (especially when you have three young kids and ALOT going on in your house). So the espresso setting is great – we haven’t had any issues with the coffee getting clogged etc. but the real show stopper here is the milk frother and the different milk buttons. You can set the level of milk froth you like with the dial on the side and it foams the milk for you and it pours right into your cup. I am obsessed with the milk frother. I look forward to every morning when I get to make my coffee. It’s so perfectly creamy and delicious. An added plus is that if you add too much milk to the milk container, you can pop it off and put it in the fridge until the next coffee (which is several times a day in our house). I am also pleased with the height you have to place a cup under the brewer. Has more height than our previous machine so we can fit almost every coffee mug we have under it (aside from one taller cup we have). Also love that this goes into “standby” mode after it finishes brewing, so if you forget to turn it off it’s not just burning up all the pieces inside like our last machine. Will update if we have any malfunctions or issues. So far it’s been great to have !

   I had to revise my review due to the horrendous customer service of late. For three months I have requested via the FRICOFFEE website procedures and/or warranty service to stop the “Red Blinken light”. Efforts to contact FRICOFFEE have gone unanswered. This company has a beautiful website, but no one seems to be home.

   The shelf for espresso cups does not stay in the up position when using tall mugs or glasses for cappuccino. The 20 bars really extract all the flavor from the coffee bean. A one shot of espresso will have you jumping for joy.
   UPDATE: Customer service from this vendor has been nothing short of Outstanding. They resolved my issues expeditiously via email. NOTE: The milk frother works as advertised on this machine!

   Fantastic machine, but, after 3 months the cleaning light came on and after five cleaning cycles it is still on. I run only distilled or purified water in this. No phone number for customer support, but I did find a email. Three days and still no one has reached out. I am so disappointed. Beware!!!
