   This worked a lot better than I expected. Honestly, I never even knew you could cold brew coffee. Seeing as I’m a huge fan of iced coffee, I now prefer this method to regular coffee. Making cold brewed coffee in this comes out absolutely delicious and adding some milk and a little bit of sweetener make it perfect. The bottle doesn’t state how much liquid it holds (at least not that I could find), nor do the directions. So, I measured cups of water and kept pouring in to see how much it holds. It was a little over 3 cups. So, I’ve been using enough coffee for 4 cups and I’m glad I do. The flavor wasn’t too strong; it’s just right! I usually leave the bottle in the fridge over night and then empty out the grounds in the morning and replace the cap. I drink 1/2 of the bottle one day and the other half the next day. I do this because I like to add about 1/3 milk to my coffee (kind of like a cappuccino). The bottle is very easy to use and there are also simple instructions included – not very detailed, but the bottle isn’t too hard to figure out. The filter works well and the wholes are tiny so no coffee grounds get through it. My only complaint is that the filter is hard to wash because some of the grounds like to get stuck in the little nooks and crannies at the bottom. It takes some extra time and effort (at least for me it did). Besides that, it’s a great iced coffee maker and I have no complaints!    The bottle itself is good. The mesh filter works as intended, although finer powders seep right through. The only bad part of this product was the carrying strap. I filled up my bottle with water and grabbed it by the strap, took a step, and boom it split and my bottle crashed to the floor!

   Definitely easy to use but the seal around the opening is not good. When I shake the bottle it leaks. Ice coffee turned out delicious though.

   The filter part attachment is poorly designed, with two small ribs holding it to the cap. It doesn’t screw on, but presses/snaps on. With only the slightest of movement, like moving from the sink to the refrigerator, the filter falls off into the water, resting at the bottom of the main container.

   Horrible product. I was hoping this was going to be a great alternative for me to save money instead of going to the coffee shop. I prepped everything, put the grounds/filter into the water, screwed the lid on and shook. After lightly shaking, the grounds just seeped right into the water therefore making the product undrinkable.

   I thought I did something wrong so I tried it again from start to finish and it had the same problem. Ended up just throwing the bottle away in frustration.

   I used it for less than a week and the strap came off at the stitching. I’m still trying to get the perfect water to coffee ratio figured out but the coffee maker is very convenient for travel. I’m debating returing it for the defective strap which I found convenient to have.

   This thing is solid. It works as advertised and makes great cold coffee in as little as 8 hours. I was a little skeptical when I first heard about the whole, cold-brew process. I’ve always been a hot coffee fan, but I’ve got to say, I’m hooked on the cold-brew process now! It’s now part of my daily routine. Every night I fill the filter with medium-coarse ground coffee, fill the bottle up with water (to the top of the rubber band), let it sit in my fridge over night and then I grab it when I’m out the door for work. They say to let coffee brew in the refrigerator for at least 8-10 hours, though I like my coffee a little stronger– so I found 12 hours to be about perfect. As far as the construction of the product goes– it’s flawless. Everything screws on tight and easily. So far I have had no problems with it. Highly recommended!    I received this product at a discount in exchange for my review and honest opinion. I ordered the Cold Brew Iced Coffee Maker in grey by EZE Homegoods. The product is a clear plastic bottle with grey trim. It includes a twist off lid with a smaller twist off lid to drink from. The bottle also has a grey nylon feeling carry strap and thin rubber grip around the middle of the bottle.The bottle is made of bpa free plastic, holds 28 ounces of beverage and will fit in your car cup holder. This product works best with larger ground fresh beans. If you don’t have those on hand you can brew the coffee in a regular brewer and add to your bottle. After loading the bottler with ground beans and water or fresh brewed coffee all you have to do is leave in the fridge over night to chill. I chilled some over night then added my favorite creamer, sweeter, gave a good stir and enjoyed a fun treat. This item can also be used with tea, water or as a fruit water infuser.

    I’ve been experimenting with a variety of cold-brew options, and this travel bottle is my latest one. I don’t actually take the bottle with me anywhere, but have found it to be a very convenient way to brew my coffee at home. One bottle fills my giant tumbler (no ice), which is about how much coffee I need to get through the day with two children. I’ve found that if the grinds are too fine, some does come through the filter, so I will be adjusting the next time I grind a bag
    Previous cold-brew methods include a French press (hard to store in refrigerator with plunger up, didn’t get the very last bits of coffee), nut milk bag (great btw and could make large quantities, but got messy and some grinds got in if you pour with the bag still in the pitcher), Mason jar and coffee filters (a little time consuming to filter each morning).
    I’d currently rank this at the top of my methods. It’s convenient to store in the refrigerator, easy to clean, and makes the precise amount I want each day.
