The reason this coffee pot is so cheap is because it is absolute junk. It doesn’t stop pouring if you take the carafe out. It burns the coffee. Sometimes it has water in it that you cant see and it over fills. I returned this. It may have only been 20 dollars, but it was 20 dollars that went towards a good coffee maker. I would steer clear of this and buy something else.

I needed a coffee pot that would fit under my low cabinets. This suffices for that purpose and is was a fair price. I would purchase it again if I needed to although it does dribble a bit.
