No matter what coffee setting, there is never a nice froth like it should be. It all seems to be steamed milk. No matter what temperature setting, it’s never very hot. Quite a bit of money for a very underperforming coffee maker. Was hoping to enjoy this but am very disappointed!

This is my new favorite appliance in my kitchen! First, I love the design. It is compact and fits perfectly on our countertop. Second, it’s so quick and easy to use. Once it’s set up with the beans, water and milk, it’s just a couple quick taps to program how we want our beverages and then just one press and go! It grinds the beans quickly and the beverages are ready in less than a minute! Fresh and delicious. The built in milk container is so convenient and with the electric frother, our beverages come out silky smooth with perfect foam.

I love this machine! It is so easy to use and the best part for me is the built-in milk refrigeration. Lattes are my favorite and most of the machines seem so complicated with having to add some attachment to include the milk. Now I just fill the milk container, just like filling the water tank, and I don’t have to do any extra steps to make my drink, just push the button. The screen is easy to use and with a touch of a button it grinds the beans and makes my latte just the way I like it. You can select coffee strength, size, how much milk and froth you want. It’s not as big as I thought it was going to be, which is a nice surprise. It fits nicely on my counter and looks good. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but I’m happy with the purchase.

This machine does not have clear instructions and the company does not answer support requests and there is no phone number. coffeemakers.us.com will not support this product and cannot contact the company that makes it. I’ve had this for less than six months and it now makes coffee in the waste container. Cleaned every part and it still makes coffee in the waste container.

I have had this for a few mos. Worked fine. Coffee isn’t that hot and milk frother isn’t great either but worked ok. Then it started brewing the Coffee inside the waste spot. coffeemakers.us.com customer service couldn’t get a hold of the seller and neither can I. I paid 677 $ for it. Suppose to have a year warranty but not even coffeemakers.us.com or the seller can help.
