   This thing is insane. I never know what it’s going to do. I brew with the same beans, the same amount of coffee every day, but it will choose to only grind, not brew one day. The next it won’t do anything, can’t even get the keep warm button to work half the time. Sometimes the keep warm will turn on once I’ve emptied the pot and walked away. A lot of times I am hitting the brew only button over and over to get it to brew after it grinds the coffee.

   The design SUCKS too. The coffee grounds get tossed around and flung into the water reservoir on every single brew. Because there is no cover over the ground filter. Plus, you cant really clean out the reservoir because the access to it is too tiny to fit anything in there to grab grounds or wipe it out. The filter only works about 50% of the time. There are often grounds in the coffee.

   Works great, i loved it. It is quite intuitive to use. Quite elegant design. if I put a lot of coffee it overflows, that’s the only bad thing I saw, I would also like it to work without having to put the jug it comes with but instead have the coffee fall directly into my cup.

   I’m not a fan of the grinder filter combo. However, every other aspect of this cover maker is spot on.

    I purchased this coffee maker from bed Bath, and beyond which, is now out of business. The machine is made out of cheap plastic. The filter is reusable, but it has an open design at the bottom. Coffee clings to the sides, and the funnel piece has a thick layer of the coffee grinds on the bottom . I don’t know how they expect you to clean the filter and final without making a complete mess. The coffee grinds end up in your coffee pot at times. Terrible design. This is the worst coffee maker I ever purchased! Save your money.

    La verdad la gran decepción. Solo sirvió por poco mas de 1 mes, ya después solo molía el cafe, pero no colaba y luego simplemente dejó de colar la porción completa de agua y cafe que se le pone . Estoy tramitando la devolución

    Originally bought in January 2024 first coffee pot lasted until the end of February it’s work then one day it just started to take over a hour to brew a pot of coffee they replaced it with a new coffee pot now I’m running into the same issue’s even cleaning it daily and following their cleaning instructions don’t seem to help

    This is the worst coffee maker I’ve ever used. It smells like plastic is burning when you use the grind feature, **extremely difficult to clean** , cheap thin carafe glass, and now the spring drip just broke. We didn’t keep the box and honestly do not feel like we should have to go through the hassle of traveling to make a return on an item that should’ve never been sold in the first place.

    I love the built-in coffee grinder. What keeps this from being 5 star is that it is very messy to clean up. It’s not in the directions but if I use preground coffee I still use a paper filter just for ease of cleaning.
