So far this coffee pot is great. I am so grateful not to have a screeching noise to tell me the coffee is ready and another to signal the end of the – keep warm- phase – no programming, no light to turn when it is time to descale and so on. There is an off/on button. That thrills me. And the coffee is great. And the machine is white – just plain and simple – no gaudy trim or do-dads. YES!!

Although the carafe is nice looking, the rest of the unit is made like junk. The filter basket does not fit well and every time I make coffees I’m afraid it’s going to spill all over and have I to babysit it. I would recommend trying another model.

The coffee maker is just fine. HOWEVER…it does not have an automatic shut-off. Please be careful if you purchase this item. Another note, we are seniors. Yes, we can be forgetful. I wake in the middle of the night to make sure the coffee pot is turned off.

I bought it to replace a competitor’s coffee maker. This one does the job. It might be better than its competitor but its only responsibility is to deliver very hot water to three tablespoons of coffee to a filter in a basket

It’s pretty, fits under my kitchen cabinet, easy to use, not too heavy or light, don’t have to buy coffee filters (has it’s own filter), cleans up nice has good instructions. I’m a k-cup user but this coffee maker made better coffee actually. Bought it also because it was made by an independent company.
