Overall I like this coffee maker because I can brew a pot or do single serve with or without a k-cup. It brews the single serve very fast, faster than my old Keurig. Also, the bold brew feature is nice. For these details, I would give it 5 stars.
The reason why 4 stars is that the reusable basket is the wrong size. It is for 6-8 cups, not 10-12. Also, you cannot program the pot to make a certain amount. You have to add exactly how many cups in a pot of coffee you want in the back reservoir. This is a problem. But, the single serve is so good it makes up these two downfalls, for me at least. The price is on point for the limited functionality as well as the perk of the fast single cup brew with or without a pod.
