   Overall height is low enough to fit under upper cabinets and still fill an 8″ tall Go Cup on the “K” Cup side.

   I love this product when it worked, but didn’t last very long. It lasted less than 3 months and then stopped working correctly on the single side. When I contacted the manufacturer they sent another one out, but when I asked if they had addressed the problem or will I be getting the same issue they didn’t answer. Also there was no new warranty with the replacement, only the original 90 day warranty. The replacement lasted less than 2 weeks and did the same exact thing! Then because they must of thought I was trying to scam them, they made me cut the cord and send them pictures of the unit showing the cut cords before they would send me out another replacement. I told them that the carafe side still worked and that it is the only coffee maker that I have, but they didn’t care, had to show them proof I cut the cord. I went and bought a cheap coffee maker to get me by until I get the replacement. I have received the replacement and really don’t have any trust that it will last very long. I do NOT recommend this product!

   I had been very happy with this coffeemaker. The carafe and k-cup both brewed hot coffee. Now, just over a year, the k-cup won’t brew and the delay brew button works sporadically. There a times that it just won’t come on. I have to unplug and reset the time all over again. I clean it regularly so confused at to why the k-cup won’t brew…no water comes out. The hot plate is flaking some a well. I love to get another combo brew machine but none seem to have good ratings. Looks like I am back to having a separate coffee pot and k-cup machine. 🙁

   This new coffee maker covers so many options for coffee in our household! We can make a single cup… make a pot or fill up a travel mug and head out and about. Love this Flexbrew Coffee maker!

   The coffee side is nice but when you use the K Cup they failed to tell you that after each use you need to clean both needles. Makes it hard when you want to brew more than 1 cup. I did try taping the K Cups down a few times and slight push in on the top seems not to clog the needles as fast.
