   Update: customer service told me this is not a warranty issue. They say if I want 14 oz select 12. For 2 months I was able to select 14 and get 14. Now I’m supposed to be happy with a nutty workaround I guess.

   I selected 14 ounces on the single serve today got 16 oz three times. I measured it. Diluted coffee. Ugh.
   Love the design and ability to do single serve and carafe but when the bells and whistles don’t allow for a basic cup of coffee made right, they are worth nothing.

   we used the single cup portion of this coffee maker 4 times and on the 5th time, when you hit brew the water from it’s reservior tank goes into the carafe reservior tank. I would not recommend this product.
   I emailed the company and they said it would take 5-7 business days to respond; however, it only took a couple of hours and they got back to me. The advice was that you have to clean the needle after every use. The needle on this machine is not sharp but like a cylinder and it clogs with the grounds. You clean it with a paperclip. This did solve the problem however a little inconvenient but I do like the space saving and it does work well. I would now give this product a rating of 4.
