I have a true coffee addition. I drink 2.5 POTS a day. This allows me to drink my pots and if I have none left I can make a cup when I dont want more. Also k-cups abound so its nice to have that option. I also like tew which they have in the k-cups too which is really nice. Coffee maker looks and works great. This is worth the price

Immediately requested a return and refund, so can’t rate fairly cause I haven’t used it. Arrived with a hinge and lift handle broken off, so the single serving side is unusable. Not worth the money for only half an appliance.

☆☆☆☆☆ 5 Star Review. The whole package arrived on Time (today); in a coffeemakers.us.com box in Really Great Condition, the packaging from manufacturer had a few dents on it. Otherwise the actual item inside the Box was unharmed, It had Good packaging around the item. It was a Birthday Gift for my Husband, his Birthday was this past Saturday!! He likes it, a two in one coffe Maker!! Sometimes he likes a half pot of Coffee; or sometimes a single K-cup!!

I was so excited to get the coffee maker but the single serve part crushes the foil of the pod. It floods the coffee with grounds. I’ve gone back through the set up and rewashed all the parts and made sure it is assembled properly. It still does the same thing. I will be returning it. I am so sad.

Love this coffee maker! I have different types of makers, including espresso, French press. And what I really like about this coffee maker is, I can get a coffee ready for two, program it, so that it’s ready in the morning. Then throughout the day if I feel like having a cup of coffee, I can just put in a K cup or I can even use the coffee filter for a single cup and use my own ground coffee. Just a lot of options here for a great cup of coffee another thing that was very important is that it does keep the coffee hot for two hours, without leaving a burnt coffee flavor.

When I purchased this one it what it was only available in black I see now that it is available in White. Wish the was available when I made my purchase worth every penny!

I enjoyed my 1st Hamilton Beach Flex Brew so much that when the time came to replace it. It just had to be with a newer model.
This model is a great upgrade.
The single serve water tank was larger so you could fill your coffee cup or portable coffee mug then pour into the tank. The single serve coffee ground container was better streamlined for better flavor. The cleaning of the single serve brewing is more simplified and quick. Having a higher and removable shelf with storage for a coffee cup is now just great, My 20 ounce coffee cups fits beautifully under the single serve brewing spout, no splashing of coffee.
There are only two suggestions I would pass on to Hamilton Beach.
The single serve water tank holds only 14 ounces of water. I would suggest having the capacity over 20 ounces. With this water tank increased to 20 ounces plus this would better accommodate all sizes of coffee cups in home and portable.
This coffee brewer will be an awesome addition to your kitchen and your family.

Several issues were immediately apparent upon opening. The first was the fact that the k cup feature simply did not work. The error message was saying the lid wasn’t closed all the way, it was. Spent a half hour looking up common issues, and there are plenty to sift through by the looks and was unable to find a reasoning for this. Looking through other reviews I saw that the issue was fairly common but at no point did I see a way to fix the problem.
Another issue was how dirty it appeared out of box. With a blackish coating, if it wasn’t for the fact that I had just opened it myself I would have thought it used, not just once but for years.
The finale issue I had was the customer service to try and simply fix what was wrong, I’m sure that its probably a pretty simply solution that I could be walked through, but despite the manual saying to call for “friendly” customer service what I received was an automated response saying to go to their website and then abruptly hanging up. If it were possible to give a zero star review I would.
