   Love it! This is a very quiet machine, both for single cup or a carafe. Coffee brews very quickly, stays hot for 2 hrs and then automatically shuts off. The entire system is very easy to operate. You just need to know that it doesn’t take K cups. It uses pods, which so far we have found at Starbucks or by ordering online through coffeemakers.us.com.This aspect of the coffee maker is really not a big deal as you can also use ground coffee in both sides. Would highly recommend this model over having two coffee makers (one for single cup and another one for a pot of coffee) sitting on my counter.

   Zero stars for this product due to safety concerns. It made decent coffee, but one day the empty pot just exploded 15 minutes after it had been turned off and the pieces landed all over my kitchen floor. I called coffeemakers.us.com and they gave me a credit for the purchase but didn’t seem too interested in the huge safety concern.

   Loving the coffee maker so far. It is great having the flexibility to make a pot of coffee for occasions when required, or to just make a cup with the single serving side. I ordered a number of coffee pods from coffeemakers.us.com.com and another online store, and they certainly make things convenient. I have also tried my own ground coffee in the single cup side without any grief. The filter basked works well; no grounds in the cup that I’ve experienced. The light that comes on when you program the coffee maker makes a nice nightlight for the kitchen. This brewer looks great in the kitchen, although it does have a slightly larger footprint than my old Cuisinart. Can’t speak to long term reliability as this is a new item for me. But, certainly impressed so far.
