We had to assemble the internal spout. It was left unattached inside the water reservoir. We also had to rinse the unit 8 times before getting clean water through it. Poor quality.

14 cup drip coffee makers are difficult to find so I was very pleased to finally get this one. It’s a great price and works really well. Coffee is hot and stays hot without “burning” the coffee. There’s a brew strength selector but I’m not sure if there’s a huge difference between regular and strong. I used strong and I’m happy. Auto shut off too.
