Fresh ground coffee is great. This is easy to use and setup. The grinder is loud but works well. The only back 10 cup verses typical 12.

We love really strong coffee and the grinder only grinds a certain amount. So we preload the filter with two scoops and then program it to grind and brew so it’s ready for us in the morning. So not a huge deal, but just wish we could set it to grind more. We also only add 8 cups of water instead of ten so it’s even stronger.
Also, if the beans are not settling correctly in the grinder, it will grind even less . So make sure the beans are patted down so they will fall into the grinder once it starts.

I don’t know what Im doing wrong, but I tried to make coffee with grinding beans with no success.
All the beans in the hopper did not grind resulting in very weak coffee.

It’s so convenient with the bean reservoir that holds enough beans to make several pots of coffee. Cone filter design also ensures the best possible cup of coffee. Hard to find these all in one units with a cone style filter. Great adjustments for coffee strength and style. Also, one of the most compact units due to the great design for the bean reservoir.
