   Bought this before Christmas, and I have saved $300 a month on coffee shops. It works amazing, it has been able to easily ground a variety of beans, even the oily ones from Starbucks. The biggest issue is the milk foamer. After awhile its start giving you hot milk, but its not frothed. There is a cleaning kit and chemicals to rinse it, which I strongly recommend you do immediately after each use. The challenge is a new brother head is really expensive, but with all the videos and reviews, we still have a 50/50 shot on getting froth. My wife uses coffee mate original which has a pretty good success rate, I use half and half, which works less than half the time. Worst case your are getting a flat white instead of a frothy macchiato. Overall, if its in your price range, or you spend $300 plus at coffee shops monthly, it is worth the purchase:-)

   We are on our 2nd Jura and have loved the product and previously loved the customer service. Right now I would NOT purchase a Jura. Our current machine has stopped working and is showing an Error 4. I have called 4 times and sent 2 emails and this is the 3rd day with no reply. I have in previous year used customer service and they were timely and reliable. I am sad to say that something has happened to this company and their customer service is nonexistent. You do not want to spend this type of money on a coffee maker when they no longer provide customer service.

   Milk pipe work has to be cleaned daily with Jura chemicals. Water filter have to be replaced often, like every 50 drinks even though I use bottled water. Double coffee comes from a single grind. Touch screen is difficult to operate because when you scroll through the drinks, drinks start processing by accident. Otherwise all is good
