   We absolutely love the convenience along with the options, i.e., having a cup of coffee in the afternoon without the hassle of making a full pot.

   When we received our Keurig Duo, we noticed the carafe started leaking after a few days of use. After emailing the seller, I received a response the same day, along with an apology for the defect and an offer to replace it. The new carafe arrived within 2 days.

   We have both the cup and coffee pot. Since we usually only drink one cup each per day this has been the perfect option for us. It is by the far the best coffee maker we’ve ever owned in our 53+ years of marriage.

   This thing is not worth your money. It cannot brew less then 8 cups. It keeps the coffee moderately warm. The water tank is too small, i have to refill every time. The build quality is embarrassing. The tray that holds the coffee cannot slide in easy. You have to push the tab under to make it slide in, wasting your time. The K-cups taste awful, I wouldn’t consider that coffee more like dunk-in donut creamer.

   I’m a pot of coffee girl but I always wanted a Keurig for when guest come over or I just need a quick coffee. I have had it for over a year and I’m getting tired of the pot spilling every time. Who designed this thing? I have been tempted to just go back to my Mr. Coffee which never failed me.

   Disappointed this expensive coffee maker only lasted 4 months. Started having problems with the water level sensors and then wouldn’t brew. I’ve had better results with $20-$30 coffee makers in the past.

   #1. The time on/off never worked #2. The glass carafe stains easily and doesn’t come off when washing. #3. No matter what cup setting I set for a pot, it only brews 6 cups. #4. The k-cup side works good. I will never buy another keirig product again. Over rated and many as quality issues. Buyer beware.

   We have recently purchased this item when our previous Cuisinart coffee plus went out after 5+ years. We were very happy with the product, however, decided to try this Keurig dual as our needs have changed since kids have moved out. The hot plate on the Keurig doesn’t produce coffee that is hot enough after pouring creamer in it, same amount of creamer as our previously owned Cuisinart. We find we must microwave the coffee each time after pouring creamer that’s stored in refrigerator (again, no different procedure from previously owned Cuisinart). Does anyone else have this same issue? We bought a micro Keurig for our RV, recently, and this is what spurred us to try the Keurig dual. We haven’t used the pod on the dual, but we have no issues with the micro in our RV with the temperature of our coffee, even after pouring creamer kept in the refrigerator of the RV.

   Like the versatility of this coffee maker. Make the 6 to 12 cup carafe for your friends or family and then a single cup of a different k cup coffee or k cup tea for yourself. Perfect for entertaining.

   Would have liked the pause effect on the K cup. Pause effect for 20 seconds works perfectly on the carafe.

    This Keurig is our favorite coffee maker. It makes a pot of coffee and a single cup as well. It came with 12 k-cps and they later sent 12 more. It’s the best of both worlds!

    The Coffee Maker works great if you just want a single cup or a whole pot. Our coffee is better tasting (which I find intriguing) with the Keurig than our last coffee maker.

    Overall I like it a lot. The coffee taste good and I like having the convenience of making a pot or a single cup. The only thing I would change is to have separate reservoirs for the pot and single serve. If you set up the coffee pot for the morning and someone make a single after the set up you have to refill and reset. However, it is not a game changer I just don’t do the setup.

    We are coffee drinkers. Had a Kerig coffee maker and eventually over the years wore it out. We often want a pot of coffee. This duo is perfect for it all! I bought this as a Xmas gift, and he loved it! Only problem is the glass pot doesn’t pour well. Makes a mess every time. We use our old Mr. Coffee glass pot.
