We first purchased one of these in July, it lasted 2 months and then the carafe side would no longer heat up. We contacted Keurig and they sent us a replacement immediately. However after about 3 months the same thing happened. Time to try a different manufacturer all together.

We used ours twice, replace the water tank and it still doesn’t work. I don’t think the heating element can handle the pot

Worst coffee maker I have ever had will not keep and do not recommend, coffee is weak. Yes I used the same amount of coffee grounds I always used and it’s just horrible and not even hot. Coffee maker doesn’t even have a delay brewing mode.
