The only negative is it doesn’t allow room for my big mugs. I had a Verissimo for many years, but it finally died. I needed a coffee maker that used those pod sizes as I have a ton left. It definitely brew a better cup of coffee. It’s a bit noisy, but coffee is hot, very flavorful, and Brews a larger size Cup than my previous machine. I only wish there was more height under the spout.

I specifically ordered this to go with the copper accents in my kitchen. It is NOT copper colored. Looks more like a metallic chocolate brown. Also, I purchased the refillable pods for this specific machine. Half the time they fall right through or are a hassle to push down. Also, the cup base is extremely thick, so it limits the size mug you can use, unless you remove the base. When it is functioning properly, it is easy enough to brew and the reservoir is simple to fill and keep clean. However, I still would not recommend this product.

Absolutely delicious been looking for a coffee maker that can make strong coffee with great taste well I found it this is it the only issue I have and it’s probably not even from the manufacturer fault I ordered it and black and copper and I received black and chrome through packaging away before I realized they sent wrong color but it is a very very nice unit and once I learn how to use it properly I’m sure it won’t be so confusing brute a couple cups of House Blend like I said delicious
