Have had it 6 mo. Makes good, hot coffee!! Alert beep is a bit loud but no big deal. My only complaint is CALIBRATION between carafe and reservoir, or lack thereof. Fill carafe to 4, pour, only fills 3/4 of the way to 4 in reservoir. Speaks to me of lack of attention to detail; have to recalibrate in your head.

Nothing else really matters to me about this particular machine, HOWEVER there’s one small negative that someone else also mentioned; if u have bad eyesight you won’t be able to see the teeny print on the buttons but WHO CARES! The far right button turns it ON, and then you’re going to get the hottest, freshest coffee you’ve ever had from a home machine.

Kenmore white 12 cup, Nightmare. The beep sounds like a truck backing up and beeps when coffee half done so is useless. Sneak a cup nonfunctional, spills all over counter and clean the appliance indicator does not work. Customer service rep. spoke terrible English but I did understand that Kenmore would do NOTHING as purchase was over 3 months (booklet reads 2 YR. protection.) BIG Error on my part buying KENMORE – Would NEVER purchase Kenmore anything ever again.
