Bought this for use in my RV. It takes up less space than my older Keurig Classic and counter space is limited in an RV. Simple to use. Makes 3 sizes of brews. I’m very picky about the taste of my coffee and I buy k-pods that give me the flavour, aroma, and strength that I prefer. This machine satisfies. I like that after you insert a pod, you can then immediately select your cup size by pushing one of the three blue buttons that then light up, and the machine will begin heating the water (if required) and make the brew. My older Classic Keurig requires me to wait for the water to heat up before I can select the brew size and begin brewing. This machine doesn’t have a brew strength button but in my experience such a button was just a gimmick and you can adjust the strength of your brew by selecting a smaller or larger cup size and get the same desired results. The coffee is hot but not too hot to drink immediately. The tank only holds enough water to make 3-4 cups but the tank is easy to fill. I guess that’s the trade-off if you want a machine that takes up less counter space. Very pleased with this. Thanks coffeemakers.us.com for the sale price too.

I love my keurig. Friends of mine had them and I wanted to see what all the hype was about and I really believe I got my money’s worth with how much I use it (2-3 times per day). Never had any issues with plastic taste. I washed it with soap and water when it first arrived.
It’s easy to operate and I love that I can turn it on, put my mug under the dispenser and walk away and do other things in the morning while the coffee makes itself. I also use it for tea and hot cocoa on cold nights. I also use it while cooking to make plain boiling water to use to dissolve boullion cubes etc. Takes up little space and holds enough water for 2 people.
There are only two downsides for me: kcups can be pretty expensive and will probably never be as economical as brewing coffee or instant. And also kcup waste is very real. Not all are recyclable and even the ones that are may not be accepted by your local City/town for recycling.

I have bought three of these since 2016. I don’t even use them daily and they quit working. I even use filtered water. They just up and quit dispensing water. These are nothing but junk. DONT BOTHER SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON THIS MACHINE!!!!!
