I don’t understand!!!! I love the maker however we have returned four and now starting on my fifth return!!! Has anyone else Ben returning every 3/4 months of use? Keurig has been great to replace yet this time I have to return first to get replacement!! I just want a refund!!! DONE!!!!

I mainly use this for single serve coffee because the carafe does not hold a lot. It heats pretty quickly.

I’ve had the most expensive ones they make and this one is by far my favorite model they make! I originally picked this model thinking it would fit better in my RV and I like the stainless steal pots because they keep your coffee hot longer. It keeps the coffee hot up past lunch and I can use the kcup part to make hot tea after lunch. I love the automatic timer and the filter an the fact that it does not take up my entire counter. The coffee taste great too. I really love it! I’ll be buying a 2nd one for my house!
