   Absolutely loved this coffee maker till after owning it for a year and six months. The auto timer just quit working! Just like that. Then I would just try to make a pot before work and and it would stop brewing 1/3 of the way through the reservoir. I contacted keurig and the best they could do was give me 50 percent off the next purchase of one of their coffee pots! WHAT A SLAP IN THE FACE! They’re customer service is horrible! Cannot understand them. Not even sure if they are in this country. I paid over 200 dollars for this coffee brewer I expect it to last longer! No excuses!!! Just horrible customer service ! This was my third Keurig and its definitely my last!!

   This machine is great but if you are planning to use the carafe rarely and mainly use it for single brewing Keurig cups, then you will have this mess continually. I am hoping to return it because I am so tired of having to clean up all of the splatters every day. You can’t have anything close by. We bought it so that when the in-laws come in they can have a bunch of coffee and we don’t use it very often with the main pot. The machine itself seems great but they need to have a device that raises up your single cup.

   We bought this coffe maker when we completed a full kitchen remodel. It replaced a standard pod machine and a stand alone coffee maker that we were reluctant to get rid if because it worked so well. So this new machine had a pretty high bar to reach. This machine exceeds that bar. This is the best coffee maker in both categories. We gave up nothing in flavor, ease of use on either POD or full carafe modes. In fact we love the movable tank, so we configured it for our counter perfectly and the reservoir is much easier to remove, fill and clean. Home run Keurig!

   Received the Keurig K-Duo coffee maker about a week ago and it’s a pleasure to use. Mine did come with a very nice reusable coffee filter and two boxes of K-cup samples. What surprised me was the quality and versatility of the product. I was expecting a standard glass coffee craft like Mr. Coffee, but it’s a very nice stainless steel one that keeps your coffee hot for hours. Just made a pot off coffee with the “Strong” button and actually used less coffee than the last one. This is a must-have if you’re a serious coffee drinker and have friends stopping by all the time. One cup or a whole pot, that great.

   This has a nice large tank for water, quite, brews fast and the the pause feature is sweet. First take up much space. The thermal kraft keeps the coffee hot for several hours.
