   I wasn’t even interested in a KEURIG until my daughter came to stay with us temporarily while she was in between houses. She set her KEURIG up in our kitchen but I ignored it for the 1st month, I was very happy with my manual coffee maker I had for years and had no plans to change. But then one day, she made me coffee…. and I was like, Wow! It was so quick and oh soooo delicious!! After a few months of being pampered by her KEURIG each day, she moved out and had the nerve to take it with her lol!! Soooo, I had to save up and wait until I could afford one of my own. Thank goodness I found it for a good price on coffeemakers.us.com. I had received a lil extra bonus money on my paycheck and bought my own KEURIG ELITE! It’s mine, mine, all mine, love it! One of the best purchases I ever made! I also added a warranty on top of the one year warranty already included because I just don’t have that type of money lying around if repairs or a replacement is needed. It was easy to set up and the instructions were very clear. You can make hot or cold coffee which is nice. If you have a tall coffee cup, you can remove the bottom reservoir so the cup will still fit. There were also coupons enclosed from KEURIG so I was able to buy my coffee pods at a discounted price which was nice! Make sure you register on the KEURIG website otherwise there is no warranty if a repair is needed. Do your research of course because there are various companies that offer coffee brewing machines to your liking, but KEURIG is what works perfect for me. Now excuse me while I go and have a cup of delicious coffee with my KEURIG, byeeee 🙂

   Finally broke down and bought a Keurig during the last Prime day’s deal and have been happy so far! Our family does not drink coffee but it certainly gets use with hot apple cider, hot tea, cocoa. We even found some cool iced drink pods too. Love the iced feature plus having hot water available even makes cooking easier when recipes call for it without having to boil water on the stove. Can’t wait for Christmas so Grandma can have her morning cup of coffee using her favorite pods now!

   I like the different options on the K-Elite. It comes with a nice filter and the configuration is easy. The machine was easy figure out how to use and there are clear directions. The filter was easy to set to and install. You can make different sizes: 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12oz cups of coffee. It makes a cup of coffee in less than a minute from turning it on to brew time. You can set it to different temperatures; the ice coffee function is a good if you like iced coffee. I can taste the difference in the iced coffee taste compared to when I made one with my other Keurig. Hopefully I’ll have as many years with this one as my last one! I’d give it as a gift to someone! I was given my first Keurig as a gift and I used it every day so it was worth the gift I didn’t even knew I could use! Even a smaller one for someone if you need to spend less money. I’d give it five stars if it came with a replacement filter. I wish it would brew a cup when set to turn on in the morning. Then again, it would be dangerous if I forgot to put a cup under it. Update: December 7, 2018 I added pictures to show the space between the bottom of my cabinet. I could fit a K-Cup storage tray underneath the machine, and still have ample space to open the top and insert a K-Cup. I used to keep my K-Cups in a tall basket with my other Keurig until I cleaned out my “junk drawer.” I’m able to fit 50 K-Cups inside my drawer! I think the only other way to store so many K-Cups, would be to stack the storage drawers under the K-Elite. I saved some money and I don’t have a storat drawer underneath it! I always try to buy my K-Cups on sale, plus, I love not using my lower cabinet to store my K-Cup boxes! I think the set up looks neater when they are in my drawer rafter than on the counter! It’s a money saver and win for me, as well as anyone who does it the same way! I changed my rating to 5 stars because every day I learn more about the K-Elite! **I will try it with an espresso K-Cup and update this review. *I will try to add a short video to show you the amount of time it takes to brew from pressing the turning on to when the coffee is in the cup. -If anyone is interested, I would be glad to make a video to demonstrate making an iced coffee in a video. ~*~ I hope my review was helpful for you!

   Great unit. My only quibble is that the plastic faux aluminum silver cover in front of the reservoir makes you crane your head around to the left side to see your water level. A real pain if your unit is towards the left of your counter. You can unscrew a small Phillips screw from the cover and work the cover off to see the level easier.

   I purchased this Keurig as “Used Like New” for a discounted price to replace the same model I had (the display on ours went bad). There are a couple of things I noticed right away. First, the handle isn’t nearly as nice as my old one. This one is plastic while my old one is metal. Also, the buttons aren’t easy to press. They seem like they are already halfway down and so I’m wondering how long they will even work. Another thing is that the cup brew sizes are much larger than my old one and it continues to drip for a while after you make a cup of coffee. Also, my old one had a light that would shine up through the water tank when it was on. This one doesn’t have that. It seems flimsy to me compared to the old one. It’s too late for me to return it and now I’d have to contact Keurig which is honestly going to be such a painful process. Lesson learned that “Used like New” isn’t really “like new,” despite it being packaged up perfect as if it was never used. And I’ll be honest, I don’t really think it had been used; it didn’t come filled with water or anything. It appeared to be brand new. So while it may be “like new” it certainly isn’t functioning that way. Seems to be “new with defects.” And perhaps “New” is also more cheaply made than mine from a few years ago. Buyer beware.

    I am writing this review after completing the out of the box setup. Initially, out of the box, this Elite model weighs significantly less than my previous model (B60 WR), so for me the item doesn’t feel as quality of a build as my previous model, which was not the “Elite” version and am hopeful that is not an indication of the overall quality of this product long term. The initial setup process is extremely easy, as was my previous model. I had the previous model replaced once (through the warranty process) due to brewing issues, so over the course of roughly 10 years this will be my 2nd Keurig purchase (3rd brewer if you include the one replaced via warranty). Right out of the box I noticed the water tank is not visible (water level) from the front and must be viewed from the side, which for me is a drawback given the placement of the brewer in my kitchen, as I now have to look to the side to check the water levels, which is slightly more inconvenient, but I imagine they designed it that way for a more sleeker appearance. Also, you have to take the entire lid off to refill the water tank, whereas the previous model offered a flap at the front you could simply lift to fill the water tank, which is slightly annoying and a flaw compared to my previous version. Upon brewing my 1st cup of coffee it does sound slightly louder while brewing. I am hopeful this model will stand the test of time and recommend registering it immediately out of the box, so if any issues arise, the item will be replaced directly through Keurig with a simple online submission form, however I prefer to contact customer service directly. Overtime, my last model began to have brewing issues, but coffeemakers.us.com was offering a “Prime Deal” on this model, so I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to replace my older model. I do recommend descaling the tank frequently and use spring water vs filtered water, as it improves the overall taste/flavor of the coffee and creates less “buildup” (scaling) over the course of time. Hopefully this review is helpful and despite a few initial drawbacks it turns out to be a good purchase.

    We bought this coffee maker specifically because it would fill large cups of iced coffee and hot coffee. When we use the large cup setting, it only fills a regular cup about halfway. This is about the same as the regular cup setting. I can always cheat and push the button twice, which will fill the cup with more water. Not sure that this was the way it was meant to be used. Is there something wrong or do I just have to adjust how I make coffee, as I have done till now. Maybe coffeemakers.us.com could forward this question to keurig so I can get an answer.

    We owned a Breville Keurig brewer for more than 10 years. Great machine, but it started creaking and rattling and was taking longer to brew, so we decided it was time to replace. We bought the K-Elite in brushed gold, but it leaked after brewing every cup of coffee, so we sent it back. Hoping this defect would not be present in every K-Elite brewer, we decided to try the more popular brushed slate model. Based on the serial numbers of the two brewers, it appears the brushed gold machine was manufactured quite a while back. They likely just don’t sell enough of that color to have cycled through the brewers with the leak issues that are detailed in many online reviews. We’ve been using the new K-Elite for a week now and we are very satisfied so far. The brew time is excellent. It’s very quiet (as compared to older brewers). The strength option is a great feature and works well. And the large water resovoir is nice to minimize the number of refills. There are a couple of minor criticisms. We loved the high end look of our old Breville machine. It was solidly built and completely stainless steel. Nearly all of the new brewers are now mostly plastic. Based on that, we have little expectation that the new brewer will last 10 years like its predecessor. Also, the old brewer had settings for both auto on time and auto off time. The new brewer has an auto on setting, but then you can only set to turn off after a specified amount of time up to 120 minutes. Would prefer to be able to set a designated off time. Definitely not a deal breaker, but just a feature we think was more useful. As other single cup brewer owners have pointed out, the key to maintaining these machines is to only use bottled water. We went through a number of early Keurig brewers by using tap water. Regardless of filters, cleaning or descaling, using tap water will shorten the life of a brewer to 1 to 2 years.

    This K-Elite replaced a K-Classic that we had for over 10 years. We replaced the K-Classic because it developed an internal leak. We’re very happy that we moved up to the K-Elite: – Larger (75oz vs 48oz) reservoir means we get through most days with only one refill. – The Smart Start feature means not having to wait for the water to heat up before making brew choices – The feet on the K-Elite allow it to slide easily over to the sink. (We had a cutting board under our K-Classic to make it easier to slide.)

    I bought this unit to replace my previous keurig which had lasted 10 YEARS!!! That’s incredible that it made it that long so I really wanted to replace with the same brand and also upgrade some features. Specifically, I really wanted the ability to make Ice coffee and this is what sold me on getting this model. Unfortunately, it’s the one feature the unit doesn’t have and I don’t feel like they should be able to claim it. I watched many reviews of influencers using the ICE feature, all of which filled cups up to the brim with ice and dispense the coffee. A lot mentioned there was a little melt but that was ok. I was skeptical but still chose to purchase this version. Upon multiple tries, and multiple cups filled up with ice, all of them were melted about 75%. SO, it’s no different that making a cup of coffee and pouring an additional cup of water into it. I was disappointed to say the least. As for additional features, it is able to be programmed, which I LOVE! Instead of waking up, turning on the Keurig and waiting 2 minutes in the morning for it to heat up, it’s already on ready to make my cup. This earns the unit 1 star in and of it self. There are a good number of choices for your coffee size and that’s great too. I wish i could give this unit more than 2 stars, but to advertise it an iced coffee maker is a little dishonest.

    I like this Keurig model K-Elite. It has a few pros and cons. Pros: Has more brewing capacities. 4ozs to 12ozs. Tho I use 8ozs or 10ozs more. Also gives more selections just hot water, but you can get just hot without putting in a pod. Does give temps of 187 degrees to 192 degrees. There again once you set it you probably will leave it. Does have Auto on and Auto off. Cons: It makes a strange heat up. I tried thinking what the sound is like but can’t think of any. It’s just awful. The first pic I took of the display is how I see it. I have to ok up to see all the buttons. As it’s brewing, it splatters more coffee than the last Keurig I had. Lastly, is the water reservoir. I know it had the water add light but I do t notice it that quickly as the last Keurig. The reservoir is a solid color in front and the clear part of reservoir is on the side. I do prefer the clear reservoir. Other than that, I’m adjusting to it. I still prefer the older one.

    I bought this after visiting a relative that has one. It has replaced a working 8-year-old Keurig Elite and I’m thrilled it has some features the older one lacked. It retains the time after a power outage. The older unit did not retain the time after the smallest of brownouts. I also love that I can power on the unit, insert a pod, and choose my options without waiting for the unit to warm up. It will dispense the coffee once it is fully heated. The older unit required waiting before being able to choose my options. The fit and finish is what I would expect from Keurig. I wish the lid containing the water was hinged instead of having to remove. The older unit had that feature, but it doesn’t detract from a satisfied purchase.

    I’m glad I upgraded. I was using my Keurig from 2016 so needless to say Keurig has made a few changes since then. I got it in the brushed silver and it looks great with my stainless steel. It was easy to set up although initially I was concerned about it fitting on top of my K-Cup under brewer storage drawer under the cabinet but that was not an issue. The top has multiple cup sizes 4,6,8,10,12 oz and a strong brew button which is nice since I like my coffee strong. The temperature is hot and perfect. I’m really liking my upgrade especially since it was on sale. Would definitely recommend.

    I got this to replace my old Keurig that died after 15 years! I really like the features on here: 1) big water reservoir, with a replaceable filter. 2) lots more cup size choices. I don’t do iced coffee but I like that there is a button for that (not sure what it does different? you’re still brewing hot coffee, just into a cup full of ice. Maybe it adjusts for less room in the cup due to the ice?). I also didn’t know, but like, that it has a removable filter that mounts in the water tank. You get one filter with the unit which it says lasts 2 months. You can get them online here for a reasonable price. they look like little woven pods, and they contain charcoal. But I like the idea of filtering the water BEFORE it gets inside the coffee maker–hopefully that makes it last longer without accumulating crud on it’s insides.
    The one feature I didn’t fully understand was hot water on demand. Just press the button and get plain hot water right away. Great for tea, etc. Well, I tried it and it does not come out through a separate tube, so if you’ve left a K-cup in the unit, you will get watered down coffee. But now that I’ve adjusted for that, I like it–in addition to making tea, it’s great for fixing a bowl of instant oatmeal quickly, and it makes it hot but not too hot to eat.
    Overall, very nice. Hope it lasts a long time like my last one.

    I am a daily, multi-cup coffee drinker and I love my Keurig K-Elite! It is great for so many different things because of the amount of cup size options! It also has an “iced” feature which I use at least once a day! You fill the cup with ice first, and then it will dispense the perfect amount of coffee to balance the ice. The water reservoir is a really good size compared to other Keurig styles I’ve used. I drink coffee all throughout the day and I can get about 2 full days before I have to refill it, which is super simple to do anyway.     When my much cheaper Keurig gave out after only a month (!) I decided to go with something more reliable and substantial. I chose the Keurig Elite and it’s worth every penny and then some. First of all, the color. The Brushed Gold is stunning and it stands out from the sea of black and gray units. The shade isn’t at all cheap looking or garish. It’s understated and elegant, adding a beautiful touch to my kitchen. As for the coffeemaker itself: It’s very simple to operate (straightforward instructions are included of course) and you don’t need a degree in physics to make a cup of coffee. There are 5 cup sizes to choose from, all the way from a tiny cup to a travel mug. There’s also a STRONG button for more robust-tasting coffee. I love this feature since I prefer drinking COFFEE and not watered down liquid. Although I never drink iced coffee this machine includes the iced coffee option with simple instructions. The drip tray is a cinch to remove and clean as well and there are lights that illuminate when the water level is low or it’s time to descale. The water reservoir is generous but there’s only one negative thing about it-you can’t see the water level from the front, only from the side. But this is really a minor issue for me. This machine has a clock and it furnishes just hot water for tea or soups with just the press of a button. No more boiling water on the stove. You can program a timer on this unit as well. I never use this feature but it’s there just in case. Another nice feature is that it’s relatively lightweight even with a full water reservoir. You don’t need a crane to lift it for cleaning or moving. And lastly- the unit accepts not only the standard Kcups but also the reusable pods that you fill yourself. (I use the metal pods, not those plastic mesh things). Whether you use a standard pod or a reusable one this Keurig delivers a perfect cup of coffee every time. I am thrilled with the Elite Keurig and highly recommend it.

    Update: The product continues to please. Having used it for a while I have a better handle on how it works and the only shortcoming remains the inaccurate fills, as described earlier. That’s not a deal breaker by any means. I’d probably rate it at 4.5 stars if such a rating was available. My mission now is the find the lowest prices on the pods I like, – mainly ‘Dunkin original. It’s nice to be able to just make one cup, when a “quick hit” is needed. No coffee pot to wash. Easy setup, footprint on the counter isn’t much larger than the old Cuisinart (which never got the coffee hot enough). Instructions were clear and the unit works well. Four stars instead of five, as the measuring system is highly inaccurate and doesn’t fill the cup to anything like what’s pictured on the cup level buttons. It’s ‘kinda erratic. It’s early in the game, but I’ve learned that after the initial coupon from Keurig is used, Keurig is the not the place to shop price for specific brand pods unless no other options are available. Thus far, coffeemakers.us.com (“Dunkin” brand) and my local Albertson’s (for their “Signature” private label) have presented the best price. coffeemakers.us.com hands down for the best selection and it’s pretty easy to compare per pod prices there as well. The “Signature” brand from Albertson’s is drinking well, – the 10% Kona blend. I prefer “Dunkin” – in the original blend and it’s tasty in the Keurig although slightly different in texture/tannin sensation. The donut store blends I found at my local Albertson’s (Keurig and others) weren’t up to snuff in the Keurig. I’ll come back and update after I’ve used this unit for a few months.     Firstly, coffeemakers.us.com customer service is amazing. I originally ordered this Keurig during Prime Day at a 47% discount (score!!) I received it a couple days later and set it up immediately so I would be able to have coffee the next morning. The next morning came and I made my coffee using a reusable coffee pod. The process was easy – turn on the machine and let it warm up, fill up the pod, insert it into the machine, choose my size, and let it do its thing. It started out great. However, just before the brew was finished, it started leaking all over the place and wouldn’t stop until the brew was finished (see the video). There was coffee everywhere! Oof! I thought maybe I did something wrong, so I chalked it up to my mistake. The next morning, I made sure I did everything correctly. Again, a huge mess just before my coffee was finished brewing. I immediately unplugged the machine and started pouring the water out of the side compartment. I contacted customer service and opted for a replacement machine instead of a full refund (on the off chance that my particular machine was just defective). The return process was easy – put the machine in the original box, go to UPS, and have them print the shipping label. That was it. coffeemakers.us.com immediately sent out my replacement Keurig and I got it literally the next day!! Again, I set it up immediately to have it ready to go for the next morning. Well, I’m impatient, so I couldn’t wait that long. I got a cappuccino pod (not reusable) out of my cabinet and set the machine to 8oz… NO LEAKS, NO MESS!! I was a happy lady. The next morning, I woke up and got my reusable pod out again and made a 12oz cup of coffee – NO LEAKS, NO MESS! I repeated the process just a few minutes ago – NO LEAKS, NO MESS! I guess I just got a defective machine the first time. I’m so glad I opted to get a replacement from coffeemakers.us.com instead of a full refund. Their customer service was superb and on point. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a Keurig. Just be sure to to contact coffeemakers.us.com before the return/replacement period expires if you have any problems with it. Setting up my machine was very easy too. The instruction booklet that comes with the Keurig literally gives you step-by-step instructions for easy set-up. Just set your preferences (turn on/off, high altitude, etc) and you’re done! **I would’ve added more videos to show how the replacement Keurig DOESN’T leak, but coffeemakers.us.com only allows one video per review.

    My other Keurig finally died after several years. With prime day I was able to get this one. However the same day delivery not only left it at the wrong apartment and building but the box wasn’t even close to a door instead it was at the top of the steps and the photo does not show the apt number. I think intentionally the driver knowing it was wrong. Fortunately I work at the apartments and the sign looked familiar, I asked a couple other staff members and the leasing agent recognized it. I didn’t want to go just grab the box which might confuse the resident who has a doorbell camera so we called both people on that landing, spoke to one voice mail to the other. I’m in O building the package was at D. Not only the wrong address but the placement of the package and the photo only showing the bottom of the door (all the doors are the same) was a complete failur in delivery. If I didn’t work here and was any other resident I doubt the package would have been found. Our regular drivers (we have 3) all do great and know how to follow their phone map but these other drivers that are sub contracted have made many mistakes, I cought one driving on the grass once . I would expect coffeemakers.us.com to look at the delivery photos and have an acceptable system in place on these photos showing the door number as well as the placement of packages. Big fail on delivery. I give 3 stars because the maker is nice, well packaged, nice features and easy to use. So as far as the machine it’s great, as to coffeemakers.us.com your delivery is week
