I plugged it in and after making a clicking sound the power button did come on, but that was it, nothing else worked. After approx. one minute the power button also went off. I would not recommend this product.

First of all this coffee maker was advertised to have a travel mug and it did not have it and every other maker I have ever bought came with reusable k cups this did not. It’s really loud and take forever to make a cup of coffee.
