   First unit I purchased was missing the accessories. I exchanged it at the store and had to open 6 boxes before I found one that actually had the accessories in it. Somewhere in the supply chain workers are stealing the accessories and reselling them. This is due to the packaging tape that is used not adhering well. You can spot these boxes since the tape sizes on the boxes don’t match each other but there is little if any evidence of these being opened before. I brought my new complete accessory unit home and set it up and it did nothing. The display for strength and temperature lit but nothing else worked or lit up. I unplugged it and played with it and nothing happened. I then pulled out the custom cup and tried to put it into the unit and it was too big and did not fit. If I took the Supreme adapter off it fell through. If I put it on, it was too big. Keurig quality has been plummeting in recent years. This until is clearly designed by someone with a low IQ and there were no quality controls either for the unit or the supply chain. I highly suggest people stop buying this brand

   Our previous 3 year old Keurig machine (an Elite) decided to die by continuously making coffee without end. Really…continuous brewing while water (or weak coffee) poured all over the countertop. That after another Keurig unit would only make 1/2 cups…an yes, I descale the unit and use distilled water to try to maintain it well. We reluctantly ordered ANOTHER Keurig. This time a Supreme Plus. It looks nicer than previous units, but it fails at the one task it was designed for…making coffee. I installed the machine, made the cleansing brew, per the instructions, and set about making my first cup. The results can be seen in the photo. COffee grounds all over the place…inside the machine, inside the cup…an no drinkable coffee. Same result with second attempt, so its going back in the box to be returned. I guess I’ll have to rely on my rock-steady Nespresso machine instead.

   I’ve had this coffee machine about a year and dislike it as much as when I purchased it. Firstly, it took about 10x filling the water reservoir with water and vinegar to get rid of the chemically plastic taste. The “over ice” option only allows 6 oz of liquid. My main issue with this machine is how messy and watery it is. My husband uses paper k cups and sometimes the needles can’t even pierce it so we end up with water everywhere. I use a reusable k cup with ground coffee and you can see in the photo how weak it is and how coffee is splattered everywhere over the inside of the mug and it’s also all over the back of the machine. The last 4-7 seconds of brewing is mostly light brown to water. The design is awkward so it takes up more counter space than necessary, they should’ve put the water reservoir behind or made it mobile. I stayed at a friends house recently who had a Nespresso and was so jealous of how high quality their coffee tasted…

   Was a die hard fan of keurig machines for 10+ years bur this will be my last. We drink a lot of coffee in this house so don’t expect them to last forever but this one didn’t even make it 5 months before giving trouble. They are getting more expensive and less reliable each new one. This one is by far the worst yet. Leaks water during use and splashes coffee everywhere. I have to keep a towel under or near it and wipe it down constantly. On 3 out of 4 cups half the coffee is clear water and dilutes the cup so you have to make another and are wasting coffee. Sometimes only makes a half cup from the selected oz. The drip catch tray is very shallow and hard to clean and it needs descaling every two weeks. I tried using several different pod brands giving the benefit of the doubt but it didn’t change. My next machine will be their couisanart.

   Maker displays Descale in window. After descaling exactly per instruction machine shut down and would not power back up! After researching on YouTube discovered it’s a common problem and Keurig is aware??? The water heater has a reset breaker on heating coil internally. To reset you have to remove outer panel (very difficult) and insert a paper clip in hole in center of white reset disc… see picture IMO terrible engineering when this happens to a 3 month old unit that was $170! Keurig has lost my business even tho I got machine to work again!

   Ok, so if you put that you want your coffee stronger yes it’s going to take an extra minute, and I have no problem with that. The reservoir is like a half a gallon with a handle, love it! I think people expect a Starbucks shop in their kitchen from a lot of reviews I’ve seen, this machine is amazing an it also punches 5 holes vs one for more aroma strength and has a heat setting, I love it and I am picky

    Expected much better from Keurig. Bought this because our old Keurig was simply getting worn out and I liked the large reservoir, heat and strength settings, the ice coffee option and different cup sizes this offered. I’ve ruined so many k cups. The top never fully closes flat and to ensure you are puncturing the cup, you have to push down hard on the top. And when you do that, get ready because it will automatically start brewing at whatever setting it was at previously. You can see by the pictures, it is in brew mode and the top does not lay flat. Also, no options for strength or size in ice coffee mode and you barely get six ounces. Wish I would have read more reviews before I bought this. Spend your money on something else.

    OK what I like about this coffee maker is it’s very convenient to make one cup of coffee at a time. My wife has to have decaf and I don’t; this Keurig makes that no problem. I have found that using fresh ground coffee instead of the pods (which taste gross) gives me a very good cup of coffee. I bought re-usable brew cups and there is one brand that really works well with this maker to give me the cup of coffee I like, but they’re expensive. I bought two of them and then decided to try a set of four that were cheaper than just the one, but I couldn’t get a good cup of coffee out of them. What I don’t like: 1. My first Keurig K-Supreme lasted almost one year. I accidently lifted the top up while it was brewing and that was that! It quit working and nothing could revive it. 2. I Bought a second Keurig K-Supreme on 9-12-22 This morning 12-4-22 I ran it through the descaling mode and it burned itself out on the last rinse…I think it needed more water in the reservoir, I was surprised that the K was still flashing with only about 1/3 cup of water in the tank. but who knows. It will probably get replaced via the warranty, but I don’t know that with 100% sureness yet. 3. Descaler, cleaning pods and filters – it’s a bit of a needy machine! 4. Environmentally these things are a disaster! If you’re buying your coffee in plastic pods, just stop and think about that! A college research team has found particles of plastic in the atmosphere, at a much higher level than was suspected, by sampling the air at the top of a mountain peak!

    Stopped working 7 months after purchase. Descale light came on and after all the magic incantations required by YouTube videos –Keurig printed instructions are a joke — it simply won’t do anything. No power indicated. This has been a frustrating machine from the start…quirky operations and maddening instructions. Made decent coffee when it worked. I bought a Cuisenart on coffeemakers.us.com.     We purchased this unit because it fit the coffee bar area very well and looked very modern and sleek. It worked great for about 10-12 months and then started to fail. More specifically, making the wrong amount of coffee. The max it would make was 2oz at a time. We contact Keurig and they said there was nothing they could do. I pushed them on that and then they gave me 20% discount code (which I could already find online so it it was of little help). I pushed back more and they finally gave me a 40% discount on the purchase of a new unit. We went through with that purchase. Just like the first one we bought, the second unit worked great, for about 11 months. Then then the same thing started happening again. Will only brew 2oz at a time. Not an ideal situation for a busy family. We have had a commercial grade Keurig fail at our office as well, just stopped brewing all together. Important to note that we had kept up on the regular maintenance on the unit as instructed. Including the descaling it recommends every couple of months. We will not be buying a Keurig brewer this time around. Which is unfortunate because they make good looking brewers. Buyer beware!

    Two months in and water started pouring around the Kcup instead of through it producing only hot water. I took it apart and cleaned it, threaded a paper clip through all of the upper and lower needles, ran it empty twice, shut if off, unplugged it and rebooted it but it remains broken. Before this happened I started to get the ‘Need Water’ message (see attached pic) with a full reservior about a month after I got it. I had to empty the reservoir, refill it water and reseat it on the machine to make that go away. The Keurig rep told me to only use Keurig brand kcups. That’s helpful. I guess I need a coffee maker that can use any kcup or pod. I think Keurig is going to give me a replacement machine under warranty but these things are just not built to last.

    Great, but they fail right after warranty runs out. I have had 8 Keurig coffee makers over the years. I love the convenience of these, but for the cost, you would think they would last a few years. I kept thinking we must be doing something wrong, but we use filtered water and descale properly when it is time. The Company replaced one under warranty, We bought the more expensive unit thinking it would last longer but it didn’t. The last unit, I actually took apart, breaking many of the snaps and clips. I wanted to see why it was failing. I found that there is a $2 bi-metal thermostatic switch that goes bad. It only has so many cycles. It is totally impractical to replace this piece because of the 1 time snap together case that breaks when trying to get inside. My suggestion is to buy the lower cost models since they all seem to last about the same which is 1 to 2 years. Definitely register the for the warranty. If less than a year, they may send you a new one

    Four days into my experience and this new Keurig is overall a welcome mix of new features and a calculated list of obsolete/removed formerly sought after features. • Biggest new plus: programmable pre-sets so you can pick and reuse your favorite temp/brew strength/size combo (three memory buttons with a hold to save like a car radio preset). Preset is customizable across 3 settings each for temp and brew strength, 5 settings for beverage size. • Energy Savings: Has no clock or on timer – turns off after 5 min after last use PERIOD. BUT – turns on and is an instant on demand – no big internal hot water tank, no noticeable delay in brewing. Saves power and is faster overall than waiting for the heat-up on my older style machine. • Now has a 5 needle injection system to provide water – so in theory better brew flavor/quality. This negates many of the older reusable k-cup systems, but this unit does come with one such new style k-cup. • Overall MUCH quieter than the older models. The sounds are significantly different if you use a stronger brew setting, but the actual “ingest water” is lacking that giant pump hum of earlier models. • No “powered on” light in the water tank like my old k-elite, (unless there’s a “fill me” light up alert which I have not tested for) but this is fairly minor since the new “with handle” style of tank is much easier to carry to the sink for filling than ANY previous model that I’ve experienced over the years. • Has “over ice” settings which I probably won’t ever use – but i can see the appeal for some people. • The counter footprint is about 1/3 less than more traditional models, and the removable tank allows for easy use even when partially under a cupboard. The flip up for k-cup loading still requires a chunk of room naturally. My only minor gripe thus far is that the mug platform is a touch undersized for my large (30 oz) mug’s base – another half inch would have been perfect.

    The Keurig arrived with everything included such as the My K cup, Two charcoal filters, and the water filter fitting. I bought mine from the coffeemakers.us.com Warehouse the condition was “like new” The keurig had coffee grounds all over it and had a used k cup inside. The sides of the machine had dirt spots that had to be cleaned off with rubbing alcohol. Additionally there was also a small dent on the side of the machine. The first brew had coffee grounds in it, “no big surprise” but was fixed by running a vinegar water mixture through it. Ultimate the Keurig was not like new condition but rather in acceptable condition.

    Had this coffee maker for around 5 months. A few times we had issues where it wouldn’t turn on. More recently, the ‘descale’ light came on, so my wife and I bought the descaling liquid and ran through the instructions twice, but it still won’t turn off. Then today we had what could only be called an explosive brew (pic attached). Made a real mess. Seems like this model/machine is a dud. Trouble is, it’s too expensive to have this many problems.

    This machine worked for the first 8 months, and then it wouldn’t push coffee out properly. I figured out a workaround where I punch the pod in place, then turn it 180 degrees and punch it down again which worked 90% of the time. 10% of the time it created a total mess with coffee grinds everywhere, but I dealt with it. Now after about 12 months of use it only creates one good coffee every two pods I use. This is not an acceptable rate, thus the poor review.

    But the machine looks great on my countertop…

    I used this coffee maker about 5 days a week, a total of 10 to 15 cups of coffee per week. After 4 months of use it seized up and will not even turn on. I like the product. I am very disappointed that this issue happened. I did not anticipate this issue so soon or maybe at all. I will give it another try and will purchase another but this time with a 3-year warranty. I will rate that product if anything negative happens again. For the product use I will give it a five star, but the burnout issue, I will give it a one star.

    I like the look of this one and the features are about right. I particularly like the ability to create presets for multiple people. It is a bit slower brewing than my 10 year old Keurig which finally bit the dust but that is because it works differently. My old one would preheat the water and if it turned it off it took a long time to come ready. So I left it on all day which I’m sure was inefficient use of power. Over all I like this better. Taste wise I think it makes the coffee a bit stronger than my old one which is fine with me since I like it strong. It does have settings to make the coffee weaker but I haven’t tried those
