Even though it is a little more expensive than the regular Keurig single cup coffee maker. It is worth every penny. The water storage is larger and it heats up so quickly and you can adjust the temp, the strength and the size of the coffee. I would highly recommend!

We have had two of these in the last two years. One morning with both coffee makers, they just ceased working. The first one was still under warranty and after jumping through a few hoops, it was replaced with the same model. And now about a year plus later, the same thing happened. The Descale button never went of on either maker, no matter how many times I followed the directions – to a T. Too much $$$ and too much trouble. We had our first Kuerig many years. It was good. We are now using another Kuerig we had prior to these models. We kept it when we bought this model. It works great – we just don’t like the smaller size and awkward water tank on the side and liked the newer model’s feature of instant hot water instead of waiting for it to heat up.

We are decently happy with this coffee maker. The only problem is that it drops coffee grounds from the previously made cup. It affects how the next cup tastes because of this. I have to run water through in between cups of coffee because my bosses drink Dunkin (degusting) and I don’t. If I don’t run a cycle before I make my cup of coffee, it will taste like Dunkin. More work than there should be.
