I did everything the way I was supposed to with this coffeemaker as far as descaling goes, in fact, I even did it twice to make sure. The descale light will not stop flashing and it drives me nuts. Anyway, it makes good coffee and I like the mult flow capability to get more flavor from each pod.

This is just a pain to use and cleaning is a chore. If you are that serious about loose coffee just get a drip coffee maker.
