This is my 3rd Keurig in 9 months. All have had the same issue – after a month or so of use, it only dispenses 2 Oz of coffee no matter which size brew button you select. Keurig has replaced 2 because of this problem (within a couple of months of use) which is nice but still a pain. We have used a Keurig for years without any problems until this past year. Customer service always walks me through trouble shooting with the same results – return it. I’m not sure if it’s a quality control issue or just bad luck but I am done with this brand.

I’ve had this keurig supreme for 2 years. (Not purchased on coffeemakers.us.com) It has stopped working. Keurig offered to send another one at 50% off. However, this is only 2 years old and should have lasted much longer. Also, this is a replacement for the 1st keurig supreme that I had that lasted only 2-3 months. I won’t spend another dime on keurig!
