   This is absolutely amazing. I’ve wanted a Keurig for years and I just stumbled upon this while on my free trial of coffeemakers.us.com Prime. I was able to find one “used” but not even touched by anyone (like someone had returned it without opening it). It was in the original packaging and just absolutely gorgeous when I unboxed it!
   I’m not sure why, but I also received a HUGE supply (40 ct.) of a “customized variety pack” of K-Cups (and other brands) that I was NOT expecting, and it was such a great surprise!
   They used UPS to send it out to me, which was great because coffeemakers.us.com deliverers don’t usually knock, but UPS always does so I knew my valuable Jade Keurig was out there on my doorstep.
   Best shipping experience ever. I would recommend buying this Keurig off coffeemakers.us.com for any Keurig beginners!

   It’s a basic little Keurig. Takes forever to brew (about 3 minutes). I got it for the occasional cup at work and I didn’t want to spend too much. I decorated it with a sharpie.

   I purchased this Keurig to use in my dorm room because of its compact size. It worked very well and I like the fact that I only add the amount of water that I need for my cup as opposed to having a large tank that is constantly full of water. I love the Jade color, and it is much quicker to make a beverage than any other method. It is even very convenient to heat up water for a cup of tea. Also, I don’t usually notice a lingering flavor of coffee if I just want to heat up water.

   I purchased this item and within 2 days it quit working, the water pump would not pump, I returned this item and received a replacement and within a month it quit working, the water pump would not pump water, I tried to return this item for a refund to purchase another brand or model, but coffeemakers.us.com would not allow me to return the item.

   After initially posting this Keurig reached out to me and made it good, after my experience with this specific model, twice, and after reading the many similar experiences here and though I appreciate the personal and prompt customer service that Keurig provided to me I still would not recommend purchasing this model.

   Got this to replace my broken Keurig. I like that it is pretty, has a small footprint for my small kitchen, easy to use and makes coffee. I usually make coffee in the morning and a cup of hot chocolate or Gevalia Cappuccino in the evenings so this is used daily and I am enjoying the experience.

   This is the perfect size because I don’t have alot of counter space. I like always having a “fresh” cup of coffee and the ability to have different kinds without buying a whole lb of something I might not want. The other great feature is you always are using “fresh” water… not from a reservoir that could have a tendency to be stagnant.
