   My wife and I had plodded along using the “Starter” carafe that came with our Keurig for about a year, but I’m really glad we switch to this one. It keeps our beverages hot for hours, looks great, and seems really sturdy and well-built. If you use your Keurig 2.0 brewer as much as my wife and I use ours, this is an essential investment for your coffee-drinking enjoyment!

   Fits machine well. Looks good and keeps coffee hot long enough to have that second cup. Amount of coffee you get out of it varies on what size cup you are using.

   I was given a Keurig k2.0 for Christmas and knowing that my wife and I drink a lot of coffee; they gave us this particular unit because it makes the large crafts. However, after using it a couple of times, we noticed that about an hour after you made the coffee with the original pot, it was cold. So being the fanatic coffeemakers.us.com consumer, I am I went in search of a solution. Low and behold there was the Keurig K2.0 Thermal Carafe. I ordered it prime, and it arrived in no time.

   Let me say, this thing is perfect regarding what is promised. It keeps the coffee warm from about 5 am to noon! It also looks much nicer than the original. I would have given this a five star, but I think there could be one improvement to make it better…

   I wish it somehow had a heating mechanism built in so it would last even a little longer. On days that it is just me drinking coffee, I like to make a whole pot and slowly drink it all day, and you just cannot do that with this one. Oh well, this still is a huge upgrade to the original, and I highly recommend buying. Although, Keurig should have included this with the coffee maker being it is expensive enough to cover it.

   What a fantastic carafe. Out of stock when I ordered, but definitely worth the 2-week wait! Despite what some reviewers have mentioned, this carafe keeps 3-5 cups of brewed coffee hot/warm for an extended period of time. 1-2 hours after brewing I can go back and enjoy a surprisingly warm (even hot) cup of coffee where my previous carafe would have resulted in a beverage that was stone cold by that time. The insulation on this unit is amazing and this unit is well worth the price paid. No more trips to the microwave when brewing a carafe which is the worst thing you can do to coffee. Highly recommend.

   I just used his for the first time with my keurig k575 brewer. Works perfectly, keeps the coffee hot for a couple hours. I think that I will preheat the carafe next time because other reviews states that keeps the coffee hot even longer. I will also use this to make a pot of coffee and place the carafe in the fridge to easily have iced coffee ready for the next day.

   really use this carafe a lot and looks nice and works well. The carafe that came with the Kureg 500 was plastic and had no insulation. Dah,.no likely to sell you the deluxe stainless steel thermos one. I drilled 2 1/4″ holes in the bottom across for each other and used spray foam in one hole until it came out the other hole, let it sit for 2 days and cut away the excess foam. I do say it keeps the coffee hot for 4 Hrs.Go figure.

   We just received this carafe and have been experimenting with it. The bottom line is that the carafe pod holds about twice as much coffee as the one cup pod. The carafe menu only gives the option of 2-3 cups or more. And there is no option for “stronger”. So, if your standard morning cup is 8 oz. extra strong, the carafe cannot possibly give you what you want. And that’s with the 2-3 cup option. The six cup option wouldn’t really give you coffee to my way of thinking. Another reviewer suggested removing the magnet on the carafe tab, so I’ll try that. But it’s a shame the only way to get the system to work is to hack it. (Time passes.) Actually, after giving magnet removal an unsuccessful try I’m sending it back.
